THE MAN THAT CAME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE , DID NOT GIVE ME ALL THE FACTS. I DID NOT KNOW THE BRAND HE WAS PUTTING IN WAS A RHEEM WHICH IS RATED THE WORSE AIR CONDITIONER, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $150.00 FOR AN ESTIMATE, WHEN I CALLED UP THE MAN SAID THE ESTIMATES WERE FREE. THEY DID THE JOB O.K. BUT, THEY SHUT OFF THE FUSE BOX FOR UPSTAIRS AND I WAS IN THE DARK ALL NIGHT LONG. THEY OPENED THE CELLAR DOOR AND PUT SOMETHING IN THE LOCK TO KEEP IT OPEN AND I COUD NOT CLOSE IT, AND CELLAR DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN ALL NIGHT LONG. THE MAN SAID I WOULD BE GETTING THE 10 YEAR WARRENTY , BUT I AM STILL WAITING. PLEASE SENT ME THE WARRENTY. THE MEN DID THE JOB O K AS FAR AS I KNOW, BUT THE RHEEM WILL PROBABLY DIE AFTER 11 YEARS, WHICH IS A LITTLE AFTER THE WARRANTEE.

I had been advise that the compressor on my a/c unit was dead and I needed a new central a/c unit. I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was. I highly recommend him for his honesty and knowledge, as well as his service. Thank you Challenger!
