They took our money for a service call and to order the part. We didn't hear from them for a few weeks and followed up, apparently the part was never ordered. When they finally got the burner they no showed the appointment. We asked for our money back and was denied.

Terrible. They showed up to diagnose the problem and charged $157. Then they "ordered" a part that was supposed to be installed at a later date for another $157. Total charge was $314 to "diagnose and repair". 2.5 months later we still hadn't heard anything from them and emails went unanswered. We called in to get an update and were told that they have no idea when the part will come in and they would refund the money for the part, but a "service charge of $75" would remain. A service charge the goes towards successful service is valid, on e that goes towards no service is not. We're disputing this charge through our credit card. This company is a scam to collect "service charges" while ultimately providing no service.
