Description of Work: Replace gutters. After removing gutters, they discovered I needed new fascia trim, which they didn't have on hand. I insisted the job be done that day, so they supplied the materials to the crew. It ended up costing twice what they had said. There was no way to know the trim needed to be replaced until they removed the old gutters, but I think they should anticipate that with an 80-year-old house. Still, everyone was very professional and did a great job.
