Called and left a message, got a response the next day or so. Got the estimate.... reviewed the estimat on the phone with someone. The people that came out to do the work were very polite and cleaned up after they had gone.

They removed the old gutter over my kitchen window. The seam could have been sealed, but I decided to get it replaced. Three men came out. They said they could hook up a new gutter, but I needed wood added first. They suggested I call a roofer. A week later I had a roofing company come over to add the wood, but they came and tried to add metal. I haven't been able to get the gutter put back up because there's no wood. The Gutter Guys were paid to have the new gutter put up, but it still hasn't been done. There is now a bird's nest in this area. I feel like they should have left the old gutter up until I could get a new one added. I feel like they shouldn't have charged me anything when all they did was take down my gutter and created a problem.

On one of the properties, while they were cleaning out the gutters, it appeared that the stress and strain of ladders and water pressure separated a corner of my soffitt, allowing birds to get in and nest. I called and they sent a crew out to repair it, no questions asked! Superb customer serviced.

They did a good job. I had no complaints.

A pleasant experience with Gutter Guys, I called for an estimate and within 24 hours I had it. They put me on a schedule and did exactly what they promised. They cleaned the gutters and bagged the waste and put it on the curb. The mailed me a receipt within days of finishing.

After sending an e-mail to request an estimate, I was contacted promptly with the estimate for the gutter cleaning at our house. Gutter Guys agreed to take my credit card info in advance, since it was not possible for anyone to be home when the service would be performed. They said that the job would be done within 7 business days and it was. The work was professionally done, the area was completely cleaned up, and the bill was left in our mailbox. Everything went as planned and they did quality work for a reasonable price.

For the second time in a few years I called The Gutter Guys for an estimate. I looked carefully through the reviews on Angie's List to gauge what I considered a fair price for a home similar to mine in size. The estimate I received, including tax, came to more than $170 dollars. This is an absurd price for a 2300 sq ft 2-story home. In reviewing the other listings for The Gutter Guys I saw similar homes were priced in the $120 range. Since the price was so high I did not even respond to the estimate, but earlier this morning a representative from Gutter Guys reached out to me. I explained that I felt the price was way too high and asked if they would consider lowering the price. They offered a $17 discount if I would agree to allow them to place a small sign on my property. I refused, saying it was not enough of a discount, and I certainly did not want a sign on my property. I asked if they would agree to take $120 for the job, including tax, and was asked to wait while they asked 'the manager'. After a few minutes the representative returned to the line and said her manager would not accept my offer. I will not ask The Gutter Guys again for an estimate. It is my belief they gave me an estimate that is way too high for the work involved. I just wonder if they adjust their prices to what they think the neighborhood will bear, rather than pricing a job based on the actual size of the house. I am a frequent Angie's list user and reviewer, and I do not hesitate to say good things about a company when it is warranted, but The Gutter Guys get a big thumbs down from me. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances!

2 day job on estimate no su\surprise. Job site very clean no valid etc. Workers polite well groomed.

The guys called finest were hear in 10 min. did a great job & cleaned up nicely. Very prompt & pleased.

They had to come back once because my husband wanted something else cleaned, and they came back right away. They were punctual and did what they said they were going to do.

I have been using "The Gutter Guys" to clean the gutters on our house twice a year for many years now. The last time that they performed this service was a disaster. Two men arrived and went onto the house roof to get the leaves out of the gutters. They collected the leaves and put them in plastic bags, which they left at the curb for trash pickup. The township, that I live in, does not pick up leaves left in plastic bags; so after "The Gutter Guys" left, I emptied the bags of leaves at the curb so that the township vacuum truck could pick them up. When I emptied the bags, a large piece of roof shingle came out of one of the bags. This had me very concerned. I called "The Gutter Guys" and they sent someone out to investigate. The gentleman looked on the roof and then told me that the piece of shingle had come off of the roof ridge. He said that there were also two more cracked shingles on the ridge. The next day I had a roofer replace the shingles. The roofer told me that the shingles on the ridge broke because they had been walked on, and that the roof ridge should never be walked on because the singles are bent over the ridge and therefore are susceptible to breaking if they are walked on. It really concerns me that "The Gutter Guys" hid the broken shingle from me. It certainly leads me to believe that they are the ones that caused the damage and tried to hide it. If I had not seen the broken shingle in with the leaves, I would have had a serious roof leak with the next heavy rain. UPDATE! Bill Bradley did call me after my original review that I posted here on Angie's List. We had a conversation about the events that I previously talked about. He offered to clean my gutters two times to make up for the damage on my roof. I told him that the damage was more than that, and he asked me to fax him a copy of the roofers bill. The bill was for $300. I faxed it to him that same day. That has been over a month ago, and I have not heard back from him.

My one complaint-bagged debris placed on corner of property instead of being places with a hold trash behind house. Bags too heavy for me to move.

We have lots of trees in our area, so we decided to have the guards installed. The sales person that came out provided an excellent demonstration on how the guards would work. He explained that they could match the roof color. The guards they used were also broken up into sections so if anything was damaged, they wouldn't have to replace the whole thing. They showed up on time and were very clean workers. They explained everything they were going to do, and the work was high quality.

After years of dealing with the gutters and the issues they have created, I now how to have an entire wall re-stuccoed, I asked them back to clean out the gutters. They threw the debris from gutters all over the yard and in my garden and did not clean it up. They said there was debris from a roofing job that had been done and I know that is not true. I hired another company to come back out to take a look at the gutters and they said that they were installed incorrectly in 2003. They said the gutters were not seemed properly which caused the issue with the stucco wall and because they gutter itself was installed improperly, dirt built up in the gutters. I have tried contacting them on several occasions and have gotten the run around. I have been told that I will get a call back the same day or the next, and have not received any call. They cannot be relied on for truthful presentations and I would not recommend them to anyone.

. The GUTTER GUYS are very good. After one of the heavy storms I had them to fix the gutter straps so that it would not fall off in winter. They also cleaned the gutters. They did a good job. They are very attentive, they are prompt and their price is reasonable. The owner’s willingness to meet with you and discuss your need is something outstanding about them. I would use them in the future.

After getting an estimate we were told it would be 3 weeks until they were able to do the job being that they were "booked" the entire 3 weeks. They were at the house the next week doing the job. So much for being "booked". I got a phone call saying they were going to be doing the job and to leave a check for them in the mailbox. It was a nice surprise, none the less, being that heavy rains were in store, but I wasn't happy with leaving a check for them before I was able to inspect the work. I was not at home when they did the job, when I did get home, the gutters on the front of the house were severely bowed, not pitched. Brackets or some odd metal shaped things and nails were all scattered in my garden and a note on my door telling me the job wasn't able to be completed and a salesman would contact me. That was Thursday. I go to the back of the house and the gutters are completely ripped off the house with no sort of tarp or plastic to cover the exposed area and nails were scattered on the lawn, big ones. Now, to no fault of their own, wood needed to be replaced that was in bad shape, ok fine, I will wait for the salesman to call. This was Thursday. We called on Tuesday after waiting a couple of business days, left a message. Finally, the salesman showed up at the house on Wednesday saying the front gutters have to be redone due to the severe bowing. Additional money had to be paid along with the estimated costs which were fair. Friday they were back. Front gutters still bowed, and even more screws and nails litter my lawn.
