Work was done quickly. I was informed before and during the repair as to what was being done.

I was very satisfied with the installation of my new roof. The team kept me informed of when they were planning on starting the job, what to expect during the job, and how long it would take to complete. The team also took many pictures before, during, and after and communicated with me throughout the process. The end results are amazing and I am proud of the finished product and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors.

very satisfied with my new skylight they need to do a little work on their communication during this covid-19 outbreak. Giving somebody a $500 check and not being able to contact somebody a day later is a bit disconcerning but the work was fabulous

I hired Surf and Turf Construction on 4/23/20 to replace the roof for a patio, the signed contract stated a portion of plywood was going to be replaced, and they did not do that, was suppose to come back on the following Monday to complete the work and did not show, the office finally called me today and said I owe an additional $400, I paid $1599 for a job that is not complete and I was not told about the additional work until today

Excellent and fast roof work, and still no leaks or lose singles after a year.

I am a senior citizen and I got robbed.

It is been over 2 weeks, and they still have not picked up the trash yet.

Was very impressed with how they went up on my main roof and my 2 flat roofs, took pictures and showed me where my problems were coming from, what I needed and the first class Owens Corning materials they would use to fix the problems. Kept me informed on when the project would start and how long it would take to complete the project, which I was amazed how quick their workers repaired my roofs and the cleanup they did. I would also like to thank Colleen in the office who helped me set up the financing for this project which kept it within my budget. I would highly recommend them.

Will definitely use again if needed. These guys are great!

While trying to get our business, they told us we were getting one product only to install something completely different. In order to find out details, I had to personally reach out to them instead of them being proactive and contacting me. I had to find out when they were coming, why a vent wasn't installed, the status of the job. They should be providing that information instead of the customer initiating all of the contact. Did not replace damaged plywood, which is why I hired them in the first place for an active leak. They said it was fine. Now I will never know if there was mold or other rot below what they now covered up with my flat roof repair, which was sold me to me as a replacement. Now I have to rip open interior walls to see what water damage was caused by my leaking roof instead of them replacing the plywood as promised.

They replaced 2 leaking skylights that were 32 years old . Every part of job was done perfectly , from first contact to clean up . Very surprised by there follow up visit well after job was done and was told they would be following up again !!! Very Pleased !!!!

The workers kept saying something about they are not the sales dept. There should be more interaction between the sales dept and the workers, and when they damage someones house, they should notify them immediately, not allow me to come home to discover the damage.

We are obviously very satisfied customers at this point. We would highly recommend them.

See my post on yelp. I had issues following the installation of a replaced roof. Their follow up is extremely poor, customer service is nonexistent, and I m still picking up debris from a job they did in March 2019.

I do not recommend working with this company at all. They are not professional l, sexiest and do not respect people time. My job was very easy. All what I need is to install 8 shingles in the roof... They changed my appointment 4 times in 2 weeks. Every time due to a weird excuse like either he left work early or his car is broken ... One time they called me said you need to be home with your wife because we need the home owner. I told them I can?t make it and my wife is the home owner. She told me your wife alone wouldn?t work. We need the man too.... Stay away from these people unless you want to get a simple project done in a year.
