They responded right away to my inquiry and salesman came out following day. Price was within my budget and I appreciated their thorough inspection of roof and skylights. They let me know when work would begin and finished the job in good time. Tyler followed up that evening to make sure everything was okay and answered a few questions I had. We are very pleased with their work.

Also installed a skylight. Very professional crew and they were very neat. Didn't find 1 nail on the ground. The roof looks so pretty and we are enjoying the skylight. Had a minor issue and it was handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction. So happy we used Surf & Turf !

Surf and Turf roofing was amazing every step of the way. From Dominic, Karen, Kyle, Andrew and the roofing team, I was kept inform about everything. I wasn’t even home the day of my roof install and knew how it was progressing. I was added to a group chat where the roofing team would take pictures as they worked on the roof. They were very careful with the outside of my home and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We saw before and after photos of our roof. The installers worked hard to get the job done. We are very pleased with the completed roof.

They did a GREAT JOB!! My cousin is a heating and A/C contractor. After I hired them, my cousin told me that had a good reputation! Being a woman and getting older, it is VERY hard to trust a company you are unfamiliar with. Cruz was my salesperson. He is a VERY fine young man. From the moment I placed a call with Surf and Turf, till the end of the project, everthing was great. Karen in the office was very helpful when it came to figuring out financing options for the project. Mike (who is the best and very friendly) and Dan were very diligent when it came to going over our roof and the plans. The digital pics and presentation were very helpful when it came to understanding what needed to be done and the results after the project was completed. Mike was on the job when the crew was working and finished. Thanks to Tyler, the project started within a week of my initial call. Big thanks to the crew who were here at 7am and had it all done by 2pm. They cleaned up all the debris and the yard looks great. Would highly recommend Surf and Turf.

Jeremy did a video of our roof so we could get a comprehensive view of why leaks were still occurring. What we thought was a minor fix turned out to be a significant issue with multiple facets. After time, discussion and options review, we decided it was time to replace the roof. I am very confident in the decision and that we chose the right company to do the job!

John K was fantastic. he explained what needed to be done and he took pictures of problem areas on the roof. He then took the time to show me the materials that were to be used on the roof. Prior to a major rain storm he came out and put a tarp over the leaky portion of the roof. The crew that did the work were very professional and finished in one day. Andre the crew leader took pictures of the finished job to show me. John and Lou both showed up during the day to see how the job was comming along. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company.

When the guy from the company came out to give the estimate he was great. He explained everything really well and I thought that I was going to have a great experience working with them, but that was not the case. I was concerned about the condition of the facia boards behind the gutters because the old gutters were pulling away from the house. When I spoke the the man that gave us the quote he had said that once they removed the gutters they would let me know if anything needed to be replaced and they would replace it for an additional charge. Because of this I wanted to be home to see if there was any issues when they replaced the gutters. I reached out to them on a Tuesday to see when they would be coming out and I was told they would let me know when an appointment was available. That Thursday they came out with no notice. I left work early and by the time I got home they had the new gutters in the front of the house up (which was the area where I thought the wood might be bad). I asked the Installer, who was on the roof, if any of the wood was bad and he stated that some of it was. So I asked does any of it need to be replaced and he said â  pretty much all of itâ  . So I didnâ  t understand why he would hang the new gutter if he thought the wood needed to be replaced. I spoke to him about how I was told if any wood needed to be replaced they were supposed to let me know and then replace it. He stated that they were not there to replace the wood that day and didnâ  t seem to care. I contacted the company and spoke with Tyler, he said that he was going to handle the situation but the that didnâ  t work out like I thought. He said that it would be an additional $250 for them to replace a 12ft facia board and the earliest they could come back was the next Monday. He also stated that the wood was good enough condition for the gutters to be put up even though there was two large holes rotted out of the wood. The workers left without a gutter on the front of my house and didnâ  t come back till the next Monday. For 4 days, two of which rained, I didnâ  t have a gutter on the house and there was two big holes in the wood. The job was completed but I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone in the future.
