They were very professional, they cleaned up and did a quality job.

My wife and I are totally impressed with this company. We were experiencing ceiling damage in our home due to an old, rotted and leaking roof, and decided to find a reputable company to assist us. After contacting several , Karen of Surf and Turf Roofing was the first person to reply. From that moment on , I felt relieved and that we were in good hands. Karen scheduled an appointment and within days, we had a thorough roof inspection, and presentation by Jeremy . He was professional , humble and respectful to my wife and I. Less than a week later, their install team arrived as scheduled and began replacing our roof. Eight hours later the job was complete and looked amazing! Now our home feels more airtight and we sleep better knowing that there is no longer moisture and mold occupying our attic! However, later that evening we noticed that our bathroom lights weren't working. I called Karen -our "go to person" and she put me in touch with Tyler from the production team. Tyler arrived later that evening and offered to go upstairs into our attic to troubleshoot. Turns out that the removal of the attic fans during the roof install had exposed a thermostat wire, triggering a short . He located the issue, made a quick repair and our bathroom lights were on again! Tyler is to be commended for his compassion for people, work ethic and tenacity. He is a bonified asset to the company . Thank you Tyler! Additionally , there were several times during this process that I needed to ask a question or address a concern. Karen was always responsive, pleasant and reassuring. If I left a message, she returned my call promptly. Her communication skills, competency and caring nature are the standard to be reached in customer service. Thank you Karen! I have found over the years of doing business with numerous contractors that the real measure of a company's worth is how well they perform when things go wrong and their commitment to making it right. Very professional from estimate through closure of project. The installation team were thorough and professional. The roof was stripped off, rotted wood replaced and shingled. The property was as clean when they were done. Would recommend using them.

From Greg who ascertained what my roof would need and cost, to Warner and his crew who did the insulation and Karen in Customer Service my all around dealings with S&T has been very rewarding. Great job guys!

Surf & Turf was meticulous in every detail. Photos immediately taken on the rooftop were invaluable in our understanding of the state of the roof. Procedures to be followed were shared with us before the big day by Mike Jones who used a most impressive array of info including eyeball-to-eyeball speak, a large suitcase chock full of each of the materials in this four-layer process, demonstrations, hands-on experience and video. Mike made us trust the company. Materials and a large dumpster were delivered the day before. The workers were here from 7am to 6pm for the teardown and installation. A camera on the roof and a GroupMe app were started that allowed us to have input throughout the job with Mike and with Andrey's production workers. The rooftop photos were/are thrilling. We LOVED seeing the stages of work in progress. It was such a delight to have the job all done properly in only one day. My shingle color choice of "chateau green" is a flattering connect to OUR chateau's surrounding landscape. We are very happy and confident with our choice of Surf & Turf to protect the home that we cherish. Back at the office, very important person Karen made herself very available to answer financial questions and made us feel very comfortable. Tyler was immediately available for a phone call the day before the job.

excellent in all aspects

Do not use this company. They have sloppy workers and left nails and debris all over my backyard, front yard, and sides. Nails and debris fell inside the pool and caused my lining to rip and when I called to address the situation they did not want anything to do with it. Terrible service and no professionalism. They walked in my backyard without me being home and picked up the nails that I had already pile. A real joke!

The team arrived early in the day and were very courteous. I had to go to work and when I came back from work, they were still working hard in 98 degree heat! They still were friendly and very efficient. They were busy cleaning every inch of the property and the skylights are wonderful …. We had a big storm two days later and no leaks!

The staff and crew were excellent to work with. Every aspect was followed through to a tee. I would absolutely recommend Surf and Turf!

The Presentation was top-notch, representative was very very knowledgeable and personable. He did a very thorough job inspecting my gutters on a ladder. It was all documented with pics etc. on his computer. He was here for 2 hrs and explained the process step by step. The company was great scheduling a date convenient for me. The crew showed up on time and Their work was second to none. I am so happy I chose this company.

They did a great job, from the initial visit (when the rep showed up ON TIME), to the finish of the project. Very pleased with the installation and clean-up, my only quibble is maybe they should have come back for a second day, so they would not have to finish the job in the dark. But the dedication to completing the job efficiently was greatly appreciated.

I was happy to see the roof getting fixed… but after the water is still coming in, and their answer is for me to put a credit card on file or return to my homeowners for a second complaint on the same problem. That is not service. They need to come here and do what they promised.

They did an excellent job, no more leak

I had a small job (14' x 27' roof) that needed to have the old shingles removed, new plywood sheet and new shingles as well as the drip edges replaced. They treated me as they would if needed to have a large roof replaced. The foreman ensured that everything was exactly as I wanted it to be and my sales rep (Greg) showed up the day of the job to ensure I was happy with my new roof. They will be getting a call from me again in a few years when it is time for my main roof to be replaced. Thank you Surf and Turf for the exceptional treatment you gave me.

They did a wonderful job! I had a major issue that needed to be fixed as well as needing new gutters all around. They were out within a week from the presentation to install! They were punctual, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. A big thank you to everyone @ Surf & Turf for a job well done! Had a flat roof repaired. From the initial phone call to set up an estimate to the final piece of debris being cleaned up there were no problems. Everyone was so nice to talk to and corespondent with on the app. It was nice to see pictures of the job as it was being done. I would recommend Surf & Turf construction for your roofing projects.
