The workers, quality, and efficiency appear to be excellent. Unannounced scheduling changes (i.e. schedule was changed without notifying me) after my schedule was rearranged, created unnecessary and considerable frustration.

Surf & Turf replaced our roof. They did a fantastic job. The quote was reasonable and we were impressed with the product, the warranty and the installation procedure. RJ, our sales/account person, was fantastic. He was able to answer any questions we had. They went up on the roof, and took pictures to show us potential problem areas. Clean-up was perfect. They were finished, cleaned up (not one nail anywhere) and had everything hauled away before I got home from work. Other than the beautiful new roof, you would never know anyone had been working on our property all day. I highly recommend them.

We signed the contract already with them but the owner was good at selling the company and his service was not as good as he sold. After that we did gutters with them and they just showed up without telling us, and also they have a fee for paying over the phone.

Surf and Turf did an excellent job on our roof. The project took one day. The staff was efficient and friendly. The two Chrises were very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. Chris, the salesman, even stopped by a few weeks after the job was complete to make sure we were completely satisfied.

They are very professional and show you pictures of your roof. Identified problem areas and the best way to repair it or replace the roof.

Surf & Turf repair a small area of shingles on front roof where a limb had fallen. They were very thorough also checking inside for leaks
