Description of Work: Repaired Whirlpool gas stove. Found and ordered defective part. Part was quickly received and installed. My wife called them back a few days later to look at a perceived problem. They responded immediately and after some test and discussion showed her the stove was operating properly. Six weeks later it is still working like a charm. Repairman was polite and friendly. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Description of Work: Checked my washing machine and determined that it cannot be overloaded with clothes nor can too much detergent be used. It would not spin properly. It showed no major errors other than that and the cycles returned to normal after they did something to get it running through them; it reset itself, I think. They know magic, I believe. Great people and I would definitely highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time. Was impressed that a outdoor mat was placed in front of my door and that the technician wore booties. The technician was very professional and was able to understand my problem the way I was explaining it. What a great experience with a service technician. Would use this service again!

Description of Work: They were unable to fix the freezer; however, the man came back 3 times. The last time he brought his boss. They were apologetic about not being able to service us and they agreed to return half of the amount that we originally paid. Sure enough we received a check within a few days. At least they were honest, and that is very important to me. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
