+ -1 moreKingdom Builders both generated a detailed proposal, and offered a very competitive price for the work described on my Architect's plans. They also spent a very significant amount if time giving me personal attention and making sure that what they included in their proposal was in line with my expectations. They went to the site to verify existing conditions, and offered some really valuable advice as to what conditions will not be able to known prior to beginning the demolition portion of the work. A contractor that takes the initiative to set an owners expectations accurately, and gives an idea of what items are unable to be determined at the moment is rare, and I really appreciated finding it in Kingdom Builders. I ended up being connected with a family contact, who I ultimately retained to do the work, but if not for that contact I feel very confident I'd have been in good hands with Kingdom Builders.
Description of Work: Provided a proposal for a new double level deck and stairs.
