I told them the floor was coming up and they came out and replaced the old floor with a new one. They honored their warranty.

The designer from Home Depot is great. I love my cabinets. The installer was totally out of his mind. I don't know who they used or whoever it was but we had nothing but problems. We told them that there is an existing venting and to use it. He said that it has a charcoal filter and will not do the way I want to have it done. They messed up an awful lot and they were supposed to come back to correct all of the errors that were done. Maybe I'll feel a little better after Thursday, I don't know but with the problems I've had, I never knew it would take close to 3 months to do a kitchen over. It's just been ridiculous. Their price is reasonable for the cabinets and the countertops and everything else that we got. The one thing I thought was unreasonable is because I didn't buy my tiles there to do the backsplash and they wouldn't have a contractor to do it but I'm glad because it's the same contractor was going to do the backsplash that would do the cabinets. I'd be afraid to see what was going to happen. They did not do such a good job. They guy mismeasured the cabinet and under the handle, there's a big hole that sticks out. It's unacceptable to have holes in your cabinets where there should have been a handle attached to it. The handles are attached but there's still big holes sitting in there. They were trying to say to put it up and paint it but they can't because it's custom made cabinet. They send a truck out here from Home Depot only to deliver stocks that had been delivered to them that I couldn't possibly pick up with my car.

They did a good job. It was a glass door, which is thinner than a wooden door, so when you put the door handles on, there is a little wiggling there because it's not tight. The door had beautiful colors on it, but by the second summer the son just totally destroyed the finish on it and I had to repaint it. I was really disappointed with the product.

I liked their products but not so much their help. It's hard to get someone to help you. They rely on a computer. Instead of just dealing the inside of the cabinets we really wanted and just basically get the design of the layout, she was focusing on putting each cabinet in. I felt she was inexperienced. My husband and I were really there for three hours. It was so frustrating.
