Such a great experience!! We picked out material, got an estimate, got a date when it would be installed, and got it installed on the date!! It doesn't get any better than that! Zac was awesome to work with and everything works wonderfully. Will use them again.

I met Zak Landgraf with Garden State Shades to look at an existing storm shutter above my back door. He was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. He resolved the cause of my issue very quickly. The issue did not relate to the shutter. It was actually the door and with the help of Zak, it was easily fixed.

The process of buying and having the awning installed was totally painless! The awning looks and works great! A few months after the awning was installed, I had an electrical plug installed near the awning. Zach came back and rewired the awning at no charge! If I could, I would rate Garden State Shade a 10!

This weekend was our first opportunity to use the awning provided by Garden State Shade at our shore home. It was utterly fabulous. We had a large group for dinner, and they thoroughly enjoyed eating outside under the shade. Even better, when it started to drizzle lightly, they were able to stay put. As important as the quality and attractiveness of the product itself is the service provided by this company. Zak was nothing short of awesome in terms of his responsiveness, knowledge, and integrity. At our initial in-person meeting he provided a great deal of information and explanation. After that he responded within a day to every single question we posed by email with a clear and detailed written response that immediately demonstrated his excellent customer service. And that excellence continued throughout the process from sale to installation. He was warm and down to earth, while still being utterly professional. We highly recommend this wonderful small business and its owner for anyone considering an awning.

We have not used it yet due to the weather, but we are looking forward to having it for those hot summer days. I usually do not recommend contracts, as they usually do not deliver. We have a new house and have had numerous contractors doing work on our hone and out of 9 contractors there are only 3 we would recommend. Zak is more of them. We are very pleased with the quality of the awning, the install and the professionalism. He delivered !

Chose Garden State Shade over several other companies for our awning. We felt their product and warranty was superior to the others on the market.They offer many awning options.
