Very professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Megan knows her floor finishes quite well, was great with her input. Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on a very challenging project. Carpet pad was in many cases stuck to floor, and we had no idea how it was going to go. Finished work wildly exceeded our expectations. Price was fair, and we would definitely use them again.

I could not be happier with the job that Extreme Floor Care did on my kitchen floor. The formerly white grout had become gray and the blue tiles looked gray as well. I had another cleaner clean the tiles and grout, but it still looked much the same. Joe and Brian from Extreme Floor Care made my kitchen floor look like it did when it was installed 18 years ago!! Amazing!!

I WOULD NOT TRUST MY FLOORS WITH ANYONE ELSE! Professional from start to finish. Everything explained well. I was updated with pictures daily. They repaired and refinished my 50 year old hardwood floors that had been damaged by water. This is my 2nd experience with them and both were extremely positive.

The house we purchased had wood floors that were "pickled" - they were awful. We worked closely with Megan and Joe and decided on a rich Chestnut color and the difference is incredible. They are extremely professional and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their wood floors to a new glory :)

Extreme Floor Care was EXCELLENT. The carpets, tile and grout that they cleaned are now like new. Additionally, they did an amazing job restoring our hard wood floors. After the wood floors were brought back to life, we were sent thorough instructions on how to maintain and preserve them. The workmanship of the staff was beyond expectations, as was their entire approach to our project. From the original consultation with Megan to the completion of the proposed work by Joe and his crew, we were advised, consulted and updated with messages and photos. They totally respected our home and completed everything on schedule. We would definitely recommend Extreme Floor Care.

Well let me just start by saying my floors came out beautiful!!! The floor refinishers were prompt,efficient and professional. They answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about the procedure and finishes applies to the floor.They were finished the job early too. The customer service was excellent . I received a call halfway through the job to see how things were going. I was also emailed info on how to care for the floors . We were very pleased by the quality of work done ! We have used Extreme Floorcare for many years to refresh our hardwood floors in the main areas of the house. This month, Joe and his team installed new flooring in our hallways and refinished the remaining floors. They were on time, professional, and performed the service very well. Megan and Joe kept us abreast of the project status every step of the way. We would highly recommend them for staining, refinishing installation or replacement of wood floors.

Two rugs done in less than an hour start to finish. Appreciated the quick contact by the office and the status call to let us know they were on their way. Will use them again.

It's very unfortunate I have to right this review. I really thought they were good people. The job they did wasn't bad. In fact we like the floors even though they were almost 2x more expensive then other quotes, we figured they seemed the most professional. Unfortunately after the job was all done I noticed 4 items missing from the job site. We are currently working on the house so it's mostly tools there. 3 tools and a blue tooth speaker are no where to be found. I called and asked them about it but naturally they said they didn't see anything. They were the ONLY ones to have access to the job site and ALL 4 items were present the 1st day they showed up. There is no signs of break-ins, vandalism or anything else and the large tools (which are harder to hide) are still there. I don't think I have much recourse in the matter, so my loss is your gain. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Floors turned out amazing. Will be using them for the rest of the house. Highly recommend this company. Pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

GREAT! The original floors are about 60 years old and had been refinished only once about 10 years ago. Megan, the representative of the company, explained every detail of the process and sent us copies of their insurance papers (without asking). Joe & his crew stripped the floors to their base level and refinished them like new! Every step of the process was photographed and emailed to me. I highly recommend them!!!!
