He did not mark up equipment purchased. He charged for his time - actual hours he spent working on the project. I highly recommend him. I will definitely use him in the future. I for one am very, very pleased with Dan's work and his computer service. Not only was his service excellent but he drove over to my residence, picked up my laptop and service d it and returned it to me 2 days later fully reconfigured and ready to go. Service was reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner. The tech was patient even though my questions may have been simple and not tech savvy. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction.
