Marco was responsive when I inquired about hiring him. I had previously been assembling a metal backyard gazebo when I fell off a ladder while installing the roofing panels. I was injured in my fall and called Marco about finishing the gazebo assembly. Marco was responsive to my inquiries and he arrived a few days later to finish the gazebo. Marco showed up on time, offered a fair price for his services and was absolutely competent in his completion of the task. He worked quickly and kept the work area clean and organized. Moreover, he had an affable, professional demeanor. But the most important aspect of hiring him was his attentiveness to his customers. He called when asked to call and was super responsive via text message regarding all aspects of the job. I highly recommend him to other potential customers and I'd be happy to hire him in the future.

He showed up labor day weekend as an emergency for me and I just thought it was terrific and i have had no problems since he came out and fixed my gutters and fascia. The pricing was also excellent.

Marco was super professional, very detailed and communicative. I'm don't live there full time, so even though I've never met Marco in person, I feel like I did. He would provide very clear pictures with questions when needed so I knew exactly what his question was and I was able to provide an answer without being there. He was also very creative in offering solutions to fix or work around what another floor company did in order to make it work if necessary. It was just a really good experience and I would hire him again in a heartbeat to do future work.

All the work completed was outstanding! Great workmanship, responsiveness was excellent and price was good. This was an all around great experience. Our bathrooms turned out really nice. Marco is extremely thoughtful and professional. He is open and honest about his schedule and when work will be done. He communicates clearly and advises effectively on different options and decisions that need to be made. He emails, sends pictures, text messages and does whatever it takes to make sure you are informed and comfortable with the work being done and the decisions that need to be made. After he finished my bathrooms and fireplace I had Marco come back to paint my front door and move our dining area chandelier. This work also went extremely well. In addition to doing great work Marco kept our unit unbelievably clean and dust free throughout the renovation - not easy given that we were having old tile removed from the bathrooms. I would highly recommend Marco and plan to use him again myself.

Working with Marco was simply a pleasure. From the estimate to the final invoice, Marco excelled at providing responsive communication, thoughtful problem-solving and outstanding results. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. We stayed on budget and Marco frequently prevented thoughtful solutions as the job progressed. Came out, reviewed our list, said he would contact us with a proposal- never heard from him again. It's ashame. We had a major repair job this month (15,000.00). Did not even think to contact a contractor that doesn't follow thru. His loss.

Marco was extremely professional from the estimate until the completion of the project. He works very hard to ensure you get the desired results. He priced the materials required accurately and did not overcharge. He is someone I would trust to do a long term project in my home if we were unable to be there during work hours. We could not be happier that we went with Marco's company and intend to recommend him to anyone with home improvement needs.

Marco Smigliani was very professional and did an excellent job replacing what needs to be done. I would not hesitate to hire him again and again. It's very hard to find someone who has a good work ethic and does it well. He even didn't make a mess and always clean up after he's done working. The workmanship was so impressive that I rather hire him rather than someone who can do the job in one day and still needs to be done again. He's the type of person who will do work for your house that you will feel confident and at ease that by the time he's done with the work that you'll be satisfied and be impressed. So, if ever anyone of you are looking for major repairs for your house, Marco is one of the best in the area. I don't usually write a review but he's really excellent and I want to share it with you.

This is the second job Cape Atlantic LLC/Marco has done for us. He and his team do a great job. They did the job right and on time and on budget. The workmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend Cape Atlantic for home repairs/remodeling etc.

Contacted Marco and he was busy but gave me a website to check out for comparable pricing for the job I wanted which was helpful in knowing what to expect. Arranged for him to come out and give me a quote. I had 3 quotes and Marco's was the highest but in doing the assessment he asked lots of great questions that told me how detailed he was which was appealing for this project.He explained upfron he had several projects going at once so we set a date to start the work and then each day he could work we coordinated calendars to see when he could come back. That was probably the hardest part as I was living out of boxes but the quality work was worth it. It took about 6 days or so to complete over the course of 2 weeks time. Marco was great about working within the schedule I could work with as well. Most days he worked about 10am - 5pm and he was able to work on the weekends. As he started the project it was an apartment I was just moving into so we found a huge hole in one closet wall and another closet had missing base board. Marco was able to repair both for a fee but it was so nice to do it at the same time worth the additional cost. The end result was wonderful..the painting was flawless and looks beautiful...worth the extra time and money. I plan to hire MArco back to do some handy man jobs as I unpack and settle in. I would strongly recommend hiring Marco and his team as they do fabulous work and are great to worth with. Marco was wonderful about communicating via email so we did most of the scheduling via email which was a great timesaver as well.

The owner was very understanding after putting in many hours estimating costs. I would have readily agreed to the work had not my husband's illness prevented us from proceeding with the project. His costs were reasonable, his punctuality laudable and his professionalism very apparent.

everything was done beautifully. marco worked thru the weekend while I went to my daughter's to minimize the time I was without a bathroom

We decided to go in another direction with our renovation plans for and did not contract Marco for any work at this time.

He was always on time. He let me explain what I wanted. Gave me suggestions that were very useful. It is a vacation home so I live 60 miles away. He called and e mailed me with photos numerous times to be sure I was happy with colors, textures, flooring. I could not ask for anyone to do what he did, unless we were related. I was just there yesterday. His work is so neat and the clean up was great. Honest and trustworthy........Marco Smigliani is an around great contractor...........I would hire Cape Atlantic Home Improvements in a heart beat!!! (BUT PLEASE NO MORE HURRICANES)

We received a high number of compliments on the quality of the work that he did. He did really quality workmanship and that was good. Quite honestly we suppose hurricane Sandy work that he was doing and it was again it was a quality in conjunction with price domination of two things.
