+ 0 moreWork was done exactly as schedule. For the amount quoted. We will have C. Martin Construction back in the spring to do the whole job.
Description of Work: Chuck Martin promptly returned my inquiry for a re grout of the common area tile at our Condo in Margate. Chuck quoted a fair price for the job and advised waiting until spring to ensure no freeze while grout cures (something the other bidders did not advise). Additionally Chuck offered to replace as single tile that represented a trip hazard for less than $100. He preformed that work on time.

+ 0 moreChuck was extremely professional. He always showed up when he said he would. He gave me an estimate, and stuck to it, even when the job took a little longer than he had expected. The finished work looks great. I would definitely call him for any future jobs, and I've recommended him to friends.
Description of Work: Ripped out sheet rock that had been damaged by water, removed some insulation, then hung the sheet rock and taped and spackled.

+ 0 moreI had all kinds of problems with him and he didn't even do the job. The first time he was scheduled to do the job I saw him drive right by my house. I called him and he apologized saying that he had an emergency and had to go. He rescheduled with me, then showed up late to that one. He only rang the doorbell once and then before I could get to the door he turned around and walked back to his car as if to assume I wasn't coming to the door. I came to the door and let him come in to assess the job. He looked at it and started telling me how big of a job it was and that he would have to go upstairs and do work when the door I need replaced is downstairs. He then started saying that he could recommend someone for the job. What makes him think I would trust him at this point? The professional thing to do would have been to just tell me he can't do the job in the first place. He wasted my time.

His work is always completed in a timely manner and I am always satisfied with the completed job. Also, I never feel as if I am getting "ripped off" with his prices. Description of Work: C Martin Construction LLC has installed granite tile to my downstairs and marble tile in my bathroom. They built and maintained my 32' x 46' cedar deck and installed French doors leading to my new deck.. He has also done jobs a small as fixing the drawers in my kitchen. Thank you Karen Jackson
