Description of Work: Steve’s pricing was extremely competitive and his service is excellent. He responded in a timely manner to our first contact, was early for the first on-site appointment, and delivered and installed our blinds on time and on budget. He was both professional and knowledgeable regarding all window treatments and window film, and was able to make specific product recommendations which we appreciated: the installed shades represent a significant and beautiful improvement over our previous blinds. As a result of this experience, we have already contracted to do more business with Blinded by the Shore, and would cheerfully recommend Steve to anyone who needs window treatments.

I phoned and was connected to Service Magic which initiated a prompt response from Steve Mollenkopf, owner of Blinded By The Shore. He came immediately to review my options for the windows, discuss prices and discounts and the fact that he deals directly with the manufacturer. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. He delivered my blinds on schedule, installed them, instructed me on their care and use, and left the room perfectly clean. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve and I feel I would call him again when I'm ready to install other window treatments in my new home.
