Was scheduled for Friday Afternoon. Techs called and said they were on their way around 2. Arrived on time and discussed job and was estimated 289 unless it involved more. Job was completed in 45 mins. Service techs were professional an courteous. After completion they said it was going to be a little more which ended up being $369 plus tax which made the job nearly $400. Seems pricey for 45 minutes of work and they repaired what we discussed prior with $289 estimate.

Excellent service, technicians were on time, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the new heater there was no trace of their being here. Price was lower than other quotes that we received.

ASAP was very professional and thorough throughout the course of our job. They installed a new Goodman furnace the following day after our heater went. Eric went over all our options and really helped us make an informed decision. He also put a new garbage disposal and faucet in at a discounted rate.

I felt ASAP did a quality job and offered superior service to what I've experienced in the past. The guys took great care of my home.

t My wife and I were satisfied with their service. ASAP made a stressful experience a little bit easier. A pipe broke in our crawlspace at night and the water company came and shut our water off. ASAP came the next morning and took care of the plumbing leaks.

Our sunroom we haven't been able to use for years because of the heating radiator being defective. ASAP replaced the radiator and fixed our kitchen faucet. ASAP was a pleasure to deal with very professional and responsive.

For the last few years the Condo that I have at the New Jersey shore had problem with freezing pipes and even a freezing broken pan under the shower. I have tried to winterize the place myself with only limited success. I checked through Angie List and found a Plumber in my area who had good recommendations. I contacted him through Angie List and he wrote me back within 24 hours. I told him what I wanted done and gave him the size, number of bathrooms etc and he gave me an estimate. I really appreciated an estimate by Email because most plumbers wanted to see the place first and I am not there but at my regular home. He also set up a time and a date. I went down to my shore condo and he came exactly when he said he would. He listened to what I wanted done and went over the piping and situation at my condo. He then worked for a little over an hour with a helper and it looks like he did a great job. Of course I will not know until after the winter but he explained what he did and from what I saw him do it looks like he did a great job. He charged exactly what he said he would. He left the place clean. I think he did an excellent job and I would use him again. We had a very good experience and I will use him again.

Plumber was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Replaced spigot without a problem. Will definitely be calling ASAP for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Our heater was not working and we were looking for someone to come out right away. ASAP came out the same day and ordered the part for our heater. A couple of days later they called the part was in and came by and installed it. We were satisfied in all facets of the job.

Fast turnaround time. Our heating system was not working ASAP came out the same day and fixed it. We made an appointment for them to come back and install a new chair height toilet. No complaints.

After my wife and I had to fire the first plumbing and heating contractor for shoddy work and delaying the job we were very careful with the contractor we were going to hire. ASAP was referred to us and even though we got a bid for a little bit less we were happy we went with them. They were one of the few bright spots we experienced with the contractors that did our addition.

We have no complaints with the job. ASAP delivered on everything they said they were going to do. Very pleasant disposition of the technicians made the job go so much easier. Great job!

It went great fast efficient work. Originally called because I thought we didn't have a drain line for our washer. Turns out that wasn't even a problem. Just a matter of drilling a hole, but turns out our gas line wasn't hooked up properly for the dryer. So he fixed that and fixed the shower and more!

It went exceptionally well. They were prompt, efficient and neat.

They came out the same day without an extra charge. The pipe was repaired the next day. It probably was more complex than the other pipes they repaired, but the priced seemed extremely high to me this time. The first time I used them, I extremely happy. Noah came out and repaired the problem. The price was reasonable. I referred them to several friends and my sister, who used them. The second time I had a pipe under the premises. I waited three days for them to show up. I waited from them because I was so happy the last time. I was told I would be taken care of, and my discount was that I was not charged for the second guy. Still, price was not too bad. I called the third time. This time, I thought they were high, but what do I know? They are professional and I never had to have them return. I may try a different company next time. They are getting too expensive for me.

Our boiler system broke down last year and we wanted to get it fixed before the cold weather. we had two other contractors come out and they just wanted to put a whole new system in. ASAP diagnosed it as the gas valve ordered the part and installed it. Now we are happy we have heat and didn't have to spend 10 grand for a new boiler.

They installed a tank less water heater we wanted something more energy efficient. ASAP did a great job with the project they delivered on everything they said. We had another estimate for a little less money but we went with ASAP. My wife and I were very glad we did I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

It was a very good experience, we had a shower valve that hasn't been working properly for over a year. we initially put off repairing because we got another quote from a different plumber and they wanted thousands of dollars to put a new shower in and replace the control valve so we called ASAP because we were finally fed up, we thought we were going to have to replace the whole shower but ASAP said they could just replace the valve itself. It works great now and we only spent a quarter of the price we thought we would have to pay. Angie's list pays for itself in this instance.

ASAP Plumbing has been very responsive to all of calls. We recently moved into an older home in Ventnor and it has needed a lot of little fixes that have required a plumber. We had Eric this time who provided a thorough estimate of the job, gave clear information on what needed to happen and was responsive to our requests. Eric was friendly, respectful and clean and we felt he was providing us with advice that he would do if it was his bathroom. We are having Eric come back and fix our boiler as well.

I needed a toilet supply valve installed. I was remodeling my powder room. I had cut the old valve and capped the pipe. For some reason the replacement valve I bought wouldn't fit over the pipe. It was leaking so I needed it fixed asap. It was an empty powder room, no toilet, so it was a clean job. Two men arrived. They discovered that there was a chrome sleeve over the copper pipe. That is why I couldn't fit the new valve over it. I made note of their arrival time and when they finished. It was exactly 30 minutes. I knew it would be expensive but I was thinking in the $150 range. So for 30 minutes work for two men to install one valve it cost, with tax, $266.43!! When the job was completed the guy in charge said it would cost $249. With that, I presented him with the coupon I printed from Angie's List. It was a coupon from their company. A $49 discount for first time customers. That would have brought the price down to $200, right? The guy takes the coupon, says he has to go out to his truck for a minute to write the bill. He comes back in with a bill for $249 plus tax. I said what about the $49 coupon? He said that includes the $49 discount. I questioned his math and he said again it included the discount. Hmm.... Aside from the shady billing, I don't know what to compare that price to. Does anyone have any idea if that was close to a fair price? To me it seems extremely expensive. November 12 2015 My response to your response: To be clear, according to your plumber, the issue was the chrome sleeve, not so much the Sharkbite. Yes, it took an experienced plumber to recognize that and fix it. But I would expect an experienced plumber so no extra credit there. I stand by my 30 minutes in the house as being 100% accurate. Your GPS system doesn't account for the time they spent in the truck sitting in front of my house. I notice you don't offer the $49 discount anymore but I'm sure it states it should be printed and presented to the plumber for a $49 discount. Maybe you can explain why the bill was $249 plus tax before I presented the $49 discount and $249 after I presented the $49 discount. As for the price, maybe $266 is fair for what was done in 30 minutes time. To me it's excessive. I was there to see what was done. I guess instead of a career in I.T. management I should have been a plumber. Sorry if my honest and accurate account doesn't fit your narrative and ruins your perfect A average.

ASAP Plumbing installed a new high efficient furnace and tankless water heater. My wife and I were satisfied with every facet of the process. The company was very accomodating with the arrangement of our installation as we aren't very flexible with our schedule due to it just being a summer home. The only area I could not give them an A was price because we got three estimates and they weren't the cheapest. But it all worked out because we were looking for the best job not the cheapest price.

ASAP did everything they said they would do. The company from the person answering the phone, to Chris who came out for the estimate and the technician were all very professional. Ron and his helper stayed to 10 at night to complete the tankless water heater installation so we would have hot water which was very important to us as we have a handicapped child. The logistics of arranging this project which I thought would be a lot of aggravation was pretty painless.
