it took 2 different visits, but they resolved the problem and were very responsive in getting to the bottom of the issue.

Prior to paying for the service and installation, I inquired about the discount for Angie's List members (their website stated 5% off for members). No one could tell me if I got the discount, and the invoice only has the total and tax listed--it is not itemized. At the conclusion of the installation, they failed to reconnect the water line to the washer. Our tenants started a load of laundry which resulted in flooding of the laundry room and carpeted hallway. I heard what happened through our tenants and not from ASAP plumbing. The tenants contacted the plumber who did return to re-connect the line and shop vac the water, which was appreciated. However, ASAP plumbing never contacted me.

Gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable about finding the leak. Over all great quality but just a but expensive.

They answered all of my questions and even went beyond that showing me some things about my plumbing and how to turn off the water heater properly. I have used this company for a few years and they have always been responsive and do excellent affordable work,

The guys at ASAP were very detail oriented. From the time of the quote to the actual installation there were no surprises. That was the major thing that I am most satisfied with. A couple of curveballs on the job due to the age of my home when we removed the sheetrock I was able to be prepared for and the job actually went under budget. Kudos to Eric and Eric they were a pleasure to have in my home for almost a week.

They left the hot water leaking causing air in the line. A friend (*not a plumber) figured out how to shut off water by configuring an extension with a shut-off handle).

There was confusion on the appointment time and they were an hour late arriving. The technician also had different pricing than I was quoted over the phone by the owner but he did adjust it to reflect the original quote. The technician was professional, helpful and thorough. I would use them again but I would get competitive bids first.

Work was done professionally but technician wanted to charge us more than we were originally quoted. He did reduce the invoice to the agreed upon price but using their "normal" prices, I find them to be on the expensive side. Probably would not use them again unless I got competitive bids first and they were competitive.

It was eventually fine. They replaced faucets but in the process they came out and did one and they said they never got the order for the second one kind of left us in a lurch. Then it took a little while to get everything resolved so I was a little annoyed with that because it was back and forth where you need to call the plumber. They emailed me and asked if that date was okay and then I emailed back and agreed. They sent a second one to confirm if I was still okay with the date and I confirmed that it was okay and then the day the day they were supposed to be here we were waiting and nobody came and so I called the office and the secretary told us that she never got a response to his email and so I found that very annoying. So, she was nice and she set up another appointment and the guy came out and did the front one and that was in good shape and so I went t the back and the second one wasn't done and I called I said I had ordered two faucets to be fixed. I went back and checked my email and made sure that I did order two. So, eventually it was solved but I did find that annoying. The price was excellent and I thought that was a wonderful price.

It went okay, we got a quote for a hundred and eight nine dollars I think it was and it was an extra hundred bucks to an outside bid as to do surprise he didn't come in to quote. The timing was fine it was in my request timing so it was fine. I would say the guy was pretty good.

ASAP WAS LITERALLY ASAP FOR OUR SERVICE. WE CALLED IN THE MORNING FOR A SERVICE CALL RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE WE WERE GOING AWAY THE NEXT DAY. FORTUNATELY ASAP WAS ABLE TO COME OUT LATER THAT AFTERNOON. WE FELT THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS DIAGNOSIS AND FELT WE MADE A GOOD DECISION BASED OFF OF THAT. WE DECIDED TO JUST REPLACE THE TOILET INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT. THE TECHNICIAN ALSO FIXED A DRIPPING FAUCET IN OUR HALL BATH.
