Imagine no water in your kitchen to cook, clean or drink? After research I contacted ASAP Plumbing. The gentleman, Brendan, took all my information, he was so nice, understanding my distress. Michele called the next morning, we discussed options and scheduling. She understood my personal situation and was so very helpful. The next day Chris and Tyler called during the service window provided, arrived keeping my house clean with booties, assessed the issue and made me happy with the sound of running water in my kitchen again! I am very pleased with their work and work ethic. I would hire them again, as well as recommend Chris and Tyler to family and friends. Thank you ASAP Plumbing and Mechanical.

The company responded to our first call promptly and efficiently. Even though this was a non-emergency, they sent someone out within 24 hours. The gentleman called our home before coming out to let us know when he would be here. He was pleasant and professional. We have already spoken with them about doing additional servicing in our home.

Fixed correctly but way over charged. I was told it would be extra expensive because it was in a difficult place. The problem pipes were right in the center of the crawl space and the work was completed in about 20 minutes!! For $506!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our water heater and heating system to a energy rebate high efficiency tankless system. I was most impressed with this company when they came out to give me a quote. The gentleman Chris seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding different options for our application. Despite getting a few other quotes we decided to hire them based on the thorough consultation they gave us. The job went according to plan the technician Brandon and his helper had a great attitude I asked a lot of questions during the job and he was very patient the whole time and kept us informed throughout the job. Best of all we had no clean up when the guys were done.

We received two other quotes. We decided to hire ASAP Plumbing and Mechanical because they were the most detail oriented and gave us the best option for our application. I was very satisfied with the way the job went the technicians Chris and Tyler took great care of protecting our home putting down work clothes and being very neat. The thing that I was most pleased with is that they followed through with everything they promised.

They were awesome! I had a leak in a water pipe in the basement. It was the day before my Mother’s funeral service and so much was going on. Bruce and Brandon showed up in about an hour - really quick. They fixed that and another problem in a very professional manner. I have decided that they are now my plumbers.

I called and set up an appointment. Took the day off from work. No one showed and I did not receive a call from the company. Two hours after the scheduled appointment I called and the person answering said she would page and have the technician call. I received no call. The following day I called the company again as I need a plumber. I was again advised she would page the technician and have them call. Shortly thereafter, I received a call. The male said there was a death in the family owned business and they were not taking on anymore work. YET they are still on angies list and still seem to be doing business!

5 Stars for ASAP Plumbing/AC – installed 2 ½ Ton AC & 2 Gas Pipes They came on time, and gave me an estimate based on “TIME & MATERIALS” which is important to me. I changed my mind on A/C Size from 2 ton to a 2 ½ Ton, and Joe said no problem. Joe(with a Masters Plumbing License) itemized the line items and the cost for each and explained each, estimating the hours to do the jobs. The cost was substantial, but I felt was fair. He didn’t mind me tagging along, and explaining technicalities of A/C installing. So now I know how and I know I would be stupid to try it. He and assistant finished an hour early, and he deducted one hour labor cost from the estimate. Comparing ASAP Plumbing (5 Stars) to Horizon, Ben Franklin, and One Hour Plumbing; I have used all 3 of them. I give them 1 Star. They charge by the Job (NOT TIME & MATERIALS). They apparently base the “Job Charges” on maximum time a Job MIGHT take, and charges everyone for that max time. If you have an emergency, cost shouldn’t matter, so call any plumber, including them, for fastest service. It just so happened that a water pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom. Without going into details, about 5 minutes of GUSHING WATER went all over the floor, Joe turned the whole house water off, and installed a “valve” (?faucet?) which probably would be a $ 75.00 charge. He folded that charge into the total Invoice. To summarize. ASAP Plumbing was fair.

After walking into a bathroom flooded from a leaking toilet and a shower backed up, my first instinct was to call plumbing!! They got to me the same day in a timely manner and were beyond helpful!! They were able to lead me in the right direction to have my issue fixed and I am very grateful for their time and wonderful customer service!! I will definitely call again for any future service needed!!

ASAP was proactive in contacting us to set an appointment that was convenient for us. The wind provided to us was 8:30 to 10:30 AM. At 8:00 AM they called to let us know they would arrive at 8:30 and they arrived on the dot. They fixed all of our issues for about 20% of an estimate we had received from a different plumber the week before. On time, fixed everything and for the right price! Very unusual in today's market!

We had a low water pressure issue intermittently throughout the house. We contacted ASAP, they came when they said and were professional and informative. They deduced that the issue resulted from irregular maintenance of the water conditioning system. I have had at least 5 places out since the installer retired never finding one that was good. The next day, they sent a different crew out to give me an estimate which I thought was high. I got an estimate from someone else which was 150% of ASAP! So I had ASAP do the job. Again on time and professional. After the job was done the lead guy walked me through what everything did in detail. Finally I have a company as good as the installer that retired!

The technician did secure the toilet. He was texting most of the time that he was here on the service call. The main problem was that he must not have tightened some of the connections because after he left we had a leaking toilet (it did not leak before the service) that still overflowed.

Excellent response to my call on a holiday weekend. The plumber was professional and efficient.

Arrived 1 hour early with no warning call as promised. My husband had gone to store not expecting them until later. I had to answer door in PJs without my dentures because we wanted the service and I had to do so. I was very embarrassed. Polite and professional. Examined unit in question.Came up with ideas and solutions. Came back again same day to check for id on unit. Called back a few hours later and refused the job since they were the 3rd company we had contacted to fix the issue. and "too many hands" were in the job......

Called ASAP. Service was scheduled very quickly. Technician showed up on time and was ver y courteous. Very professional and quick work. One guy serviced the gas furnace while another worked on broken pipes. I could not be happier with their service.

The leak under my hot tub bathtub caused the sheet rock of the room below to start to bow down. ASAP Plumbing and mechanical came over the same day I had called, They came in and were very professional, using drop cloths and boot booty's. They fixed my pipes in an hour! They also recommend a great professional who did the patch work on the sheet rock i could no be happier!

ASAP replaced my hot water heater. They do an excellent job, quick and professional.

Our house had old cast iron and cooper. It was in bad shape. We got a few prices and ASAP was very competitive. They redid everything. We now have all new lines. The work looks great and we have no issues. The crew was fast and friendly.

I was able to schedule the toilet replacement with ASAP Plumbing & Mechanical to take place very quickly and in accordance with my schedule needs. The man sent to do the replacement, Brandon, was very polite, friendly, and professional. He was also very good with my dogs (friendly, but can be annoying). I feel that Brandon went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfy my needs in replacing my toilet. It was not an easy replacement, in my opinion, as I found out that the previous plumber, who originally had put in the toilet to be replaced, had done a very "half-assed" job, resulting in frequent clogs and other problems. The previous plumber had also put in a very low-end toilet. Brandon was able to correct all of the previous plumber's improper procedures. For the replacement, I selected my own toilet from Consumer Reports ratings and ordered it on line. ASAP was more than willing to install this toilet, even though it was not chosen by them. Other plumbers I had contacted would only install their own toilets. I would not hesitate, and plan, to use ASAP for all of my future plumbing needs. I would also love to have Brandon do work for me again. I am extremely happy with my new toilet and the work done.

I made a Saturday appointment and they gave me a 1 hour timeframe that they would arrive in. About half way into that timeframe I called to ensure they were coming as I drove a long distance to meet them. Their answering service answered and I explained that I had an appointment and I wanted to make sure they were still coming. She took the message and no one ever showed up. Extremely unprofessional. I can't even imagine how they actually got an A on Angie's List.

Called on a Saturday night after hours and spoke to a human to schedule an appointment, no answering machine. Received a call back the next day to confirm appointment. Chris Sutley was very professional! I received a call during my 2 hour window to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and diagnosed our fireplace and found that the wall switch was bad. He had the replacement part in the truck. He gave me upfront pricing for the repair. The work was completed within 30 minutes and accepted credit card on site. Highly recommend this business!
