Description of Work: He said I needed a new toilet. I asked for all of the inner parts to be replaced -not a big deal. He replaced things but not all of the parts. I can't believe the toilet is as old as he said. I rent so a new toilet was out of the question. PS the toilet still occasionally runs and I'm jiggling the handle.

Description of Work: Mission Accomplished! Quick, thorough, and excellent service. They arrived early, diagnosed the running water issue, removed the damaged parts of the toilet's tank, purchased and replaced the new gasket and parts (Kohler dome style flapper). To mitigate future corrosion, they advised us not to insert Clorox Tablets in the tank.

Description of Work: Replaced cartridge in bathroom sink. Rebuilt faucet in kitchen. Replaced soap dispenser in kitchen. I had gotten all the required parts from Moen and based on Angie's List called ASAP. They were on-time, helpful and professional. There was a minor problem in that they did not turn the water to our dishwasher back on. We discovered that the same evening and after calling them, they came back the next morning and to turn it on. The mechanic was very apologetic and turned what could have been a negative into a positive. I was overall very pleased with their work. I did think the cost was a little high but fair.
