Great although the new toilet wasn't working afterwards so Noel came right out and helped troubleshoot problem which other plumbers and septic people didn't see. Now working fine due to a better septic cleanout.

Very good experience! Only gave a B rating for time, he did call and say he was running late. Believe this was original plumbing in this sink, so pipes were old, but he replaced and secured and double checked for leaks. Was here past 6 but did not seem bothered by the lateness of the evening or rushed to get out. Very professional! Also checked leak in toilet tank, adjusted one thing and told us we would probably need to replace another. Said he would gladly do it or we could get part and do ourselves or call him. We will probably call him back, very minor repair. As far as the price, I have nothing to compare it to, and for the work and peace of mind it was worth it.

Called for over the phone estimate on Monday, crew scheduled for Thursday morning. Crew arrived on time but modified estimate due to difficult nature of job. I authorized the work and it was completed in a timely fashion without damaging the enclosed cabinets. Crew also asked my permission to cut out some dry wall to make unit fit. Crew then cleaned up after themselves. Everything works fine. I am happy!

Called Chris at 9AM. I wanted same day service. He said call his cell when I was a half hour away and he would take his tech off a nearby job. His tech arrived promptly pur booties on completed job,cleaned up. He was knowledgable professional and courteous. The bill was very reasonable, I would strongly recomend ASAP. I am using a contractor Chris recomended to complete a bathroom remodel and Chris will do the plumbing.More to follow

I had just purchased a home in Strathmere, NJ only to find a leak in the lower level that was not present at settlement. I live in PA full-time and was only in NJ for the weekend. We found the leak on Saturday afternoon and I didn't know of any plumbers. I got on Angie's List and read the reviews of ASAP plumbing. Chris responded to my call right away. He came out first thing the next morning, uncovered the source of the leak and proposed what needed to be done. The leak was in the bathroom and the toilet needed replacing. We discussed the scope of the immediate job and then some other things that I wanted to get done from a plumbing perspective. The day Chris was scheduled to do the work, he brought a colleague with him to assess some tile work that would be needed. They contacted me in PA to discuss the work and then agreed to meet me later in the week to show me some of the issues I was facing. Chris was also very flexible as he had to retrieve the keys to my house from the house next door because, at that point, there was only one set. In the end, he did the work that was needed very efficiently and effectively. Chris also went above and beyond by contacting me after Hurricane Sandy to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. As it turned out, my parents, who also have a house in Strathmere, lost their hot water heater in the storm and when we contacted Chris, he came right away to replace it. I plan on using ASAP plumbing from here on out and will continue to recommend Chris' services to family and friends.

Chris the owner was great. Did a great job, made my mom feel comfortable and the price was great. I would reccomend ASAP plumbing to any friend or family member. I'm glad I found a plumber that I can trust!!!

Chris spent a lot of time troubleshooting to be sure exactly what we needed to have done. He could have ordered a non returnable circuit board but spent the time to see it was a much less expensive part causing the unit to cycle when the when the shower was run. I only give a B for promptness because he had a problem with his phone died so our appt was lost until we called him back. I will say once we contacted him he was out within a few hours. I'd use him again for sure!

Toilet tank was leaking and making a pretty good size puddle which we would mop up and it would reappear. First thought it was condensation in the summer on the tank. Checked Angie's list and decided a local plumber would be the best (they had been given good rateings) and they were here in 3 hours. Got it done quickly - they even wore booties to keep our carpets clean!

I called at 330pm and the job was completed by 530pm. ASAP is located only 3 miles away. They were very nice and efficient.

He came when he said he was going to come, he did a good job, and he didn't overcharge me.

ASAP responded quickly assessed the issue and replaced the pump on the same day and did not upcharge for the weekend service.

We were experiencing condensation from our well pressure tank, rainsoft backwash tank, and all associated copper and PVC lines. Chris showed up on time the day after we spoke and provided advice and a fair estimate. The de-humidifier was the fix for the condensation problem along with some insulation for the pipes, but the price was so good I decided to have them install a frost free hose bib and PEX pipe to replace all the old copper and PVC. They were punctual, professional, and the work turned out great. We will be calling ASAP in the future. Thx guys!

We just bought the house a couple months ago and had no previous experience with well pumps. Now surprised that the home inspector didn't see this but the old pump had been bad for some time (based on the noise it was making when it did work; we just assumed that was normal sound; it's not a submersible). In addition to the pump being bad it was wired incorrectly and not up to code, was a possible fire risk. They took their time and even though they had bad luck with the first replacement pump actually being bad they stayed and installed a second pump and made sure the wiring was up to code. They stayed until very late at night to get the job done; I was very impressed. Now we have water and a quiet pump, can;t even tell when it is running while in the house.

I called them, the man came ontime. Gave me an estimate, then came back and did the work. We changed the times a couple of times but it was not a problem.

I had gotten three estimates for the water treatment system ASAP Plumbing was right around the same price as the other two. I decided to go with them because they were more professional. I was very pleased with the work they did they showed up on time and kept me informed on what was going on throughout the job. They explained things in a way that I could understand. The quality of the work appeared very well. They we're very respectful of my home they wore shoe covers and laid down cloths in the area they were working. At this point I feel relieved that I've found a company I feel comfortable using.

Considering the circumstances, I was thrilled with the service of ASAP Plumbing. My plumber of at least 20 years had recently retired so I was a nervous wreck about who I should use. ASAP Plumbing was punctual, fair and very professional. Will definitely use again.

The truck arrived when he said he would......got right to work. Showed my husband a few things on our water heater. The job was done in about 2 hours. No complaints.

I had a major leak under my sink and it was 9:00 at night. I started going through the phonebook for a plumber to come out right away. The first couple of companies that actually answered the phone had a emergency service fee that I just couldn't afford. When I spoke to the gentlemen at ASAP he said they have no emergency service fee. The technician came an hour later just like he said. Another thing that I really liked about the service was the technician wore covers over his boots and put a cloth down in the area he was working. He told me what the problem was and gave me a price to fix it I really liked that he gave me a price before he did the job. The problem was fixed and the work area was left immaculate. I was very pleased with the service.
