When I did not receive any call by 1430 I called their office and no one answered. The message recorder was full. I continued to wait. At 1620 I called their office again and got no answer, but the message recorder was able to accept my message of " are you going to show up?" I have not heard from them as of about 1500 10/20/14. I have contacted another business to perform the service.

Seems there was a mix-up with my order but once ASAP contacted me, they were here on the day & time we set-up. Chris, was a super guy and spent some on another problem I had. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Missed 2 appointments and don't return phone calls.

Overall the job went well. There was confusion on their part around the scheduled time. The appointment was made for August 27th but they had thought it was for the 28th. The job was performed on the 28th. They gave me a 20% discount for the inconvenience. The job was performed nicely and fairly quickly.

Quality product and expert installation. We were very pleased.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company. We had another estimate and they wanted to cut open walls. ASAP was able to do everything from the crawl space for almost half the price.

Solved the problem and gave me advice on another problem I have. Very professional and helpful.

Plumber was on time and very friendly. Right away I felt comfortable having him in my house even though I felt bad for the mess he was about to walk into. I warned him then he reassured me that he's seen it all before and not to worry. The guy explained to me what had to be done to fix the problem and I gave him the ok. Got the job done quickly and for a great price. It's been a few days and everything is working great.

They did a fabulous job installing my garbage disposal! They arrived on time, and the price was fair.

The gentleman came in with boot covers. He explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on. He did the job professionally and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was very friendly and polite . I would call this company again for service and refer them to my friends and family if they ever need things done.

I called and I had a big leek .. He came over within 2 hours ...great he realize I needed it fixed right away ... I was so happy to get someone right away... He did amazing job and for a reasonable price ... I would recommend him highly

The job was painless for me. They were quick and got the job done nicely. No complaints. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. Cast iron is out of the ordinary these days and they seemed to have no problems with it. I would definitely hire them in the future!

THE SERVICES PERFORMED EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS JUST BECAUSE WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WE COULD WITH OUR SHOWER AS IT IS 50 YEARS OLD. CHRIS FROM ASAP CAME OVER AND TOOK THE TIME TO THOROUGHLY EXPLAIN OUR OPTIONS AND WE MADE A PLAN THAT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH. I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE SHOWER. THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING EVERYTHING THEY WERE VERY NICE AND NEAT.

They did a great job. It was a difficult job because my crawl space is very small. This is the first time I've had a positive experience with a plumbing company. They showed up when they said they would the price didn't change and they kept me informed. Would definitely use again.

They ordered the part and I received a voicemail that the part was in. They were supposed to come and replace it and they have not. Nor have they returned any of my phone calls since the 15th. I haven't been able to drink my water during this entire time.

They were pretty good. I didn't hire them. He was very polite. He walk me through what he had to do. He gave a fair estimate. He did explain things. He was punctual. I would hire them in future.

I got a few prices to fix a drain leak. One company was talking about cutting sheetrock & added costs. ASAP came over and had upfront pricing. Needless to say, I went with ASAP. The gentleman that came over to fix the leak was friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very courteous. They covered their boots and kept the house very clean! All the old pipe and debris were removed and discarded. They really did a wonderful job. I have used them in the past and they did an excellent job prior. That's two in a row! Looks like I finally found a fair and reliable plumber!

Chris the owner of ASAP Plumbing came out right away to access the job and gave me a price on the spot to repair my leach field. I already new what the problem was cause I have been dealing with it for years. Chris beat all 3 of the other estimates that I received. They came in with a backhoe and got the problem fixed by installing a new leach field. They did a great job will recommend to anyone.

From start to finish, Chris was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and listened carefully as we explained what we needed done. He researched our options, made excellent suggestions, and worked cleanly and expertly. We are very happy with all the work he did for us -- we will definitely use him again and we highly recommend him.

All went well. I have a newly constructed home which I moved into June 2013. I initially called ASAP Plumbing because I was having problems with my water pressure, temperature fluctuations and dirty/murky water. I have a Navien insta hot water heater that the builder installed (Decathlon Construction out of Egg Harbor Township,NJ). Despite repeated complaints to the builder (Joel Jacowitz) over a period of 4-5 months the problems were never resolved. I felt like I was getting the run around. So I called ASAP Plumbing and one other plumber to have them come out and tell me what was causing the problem. Neither plumber knew the other plumber had been to the house. Both told me the same thing: The builder installed a water treatment system that would pass code inspection but that's about it. The tank did not have a timer which would flush the system. The tank was to small to begin with. If I had not addressed the issue my appliances would have been damaged or destroyed. I called the builder Joel Jacowitz and explained to him what the plumbers were telling me. He became angry and demanded an apology explaining that the water treatment system did not need a timer because it automatically would do it on its own. How a tank would know to automatically flush on its own is beyond me. I Knew then that he was giving me the run around. I used Decathlon Construction in 1998 and they did a great job. I used them again in 2013 and will never use them again. The quality of the work was "just to get by code inspections". Some of the corners that were cut didn't even save them money. Just outright lazy. In any case Chris and Noah from ASAP came to my home and brought my system up to where it should have been. Very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. I was originally scheduled for Monday April 21st. Chris was no call no show but he did call me the following day and explained that he had a family emergency and requested to reschedule. These things happen. I give ASAP an A+++ rating. My system is now functioning wonderfully!

Plumber arrived over half hour late, but did not extend the 15% discount for lateness, even though it is in their advertisement and on the side of the truck, and we reminded him he was late. He charged an extra $49.00 "show up fee", even though he was getting paid for the work. Perhaps not coincidentally, we had the $49.00 coupon from Angie's list. It seems like Angie giveth and the plumber taketh away! While the work was accomplished, the lateness and overcharging leaves a sour taste and I wouldn't recommend them for these reasons.

Overall, the service call was good. The repair took a little longer than expected due to a piece of equipment that had to be retrieved from their office.

They answered their office phone and were very friendly and listened to me while I explained the problem and asked a few questions. They gave me an acceptable estimate and an appointment for the next day in the morning. The plumber arrived in their company truck on time and was very friendly and professional. He used adequate tools for this job and was able to unclug the drain line by snaking the line patiently as far as possible. I was able to use a debit card to pay for their service and received a professional receipt.

Called in the AM. Spoke to Chris and discussed the problem. He stated any hot water heater can be repaired as long as it's not leaking. Since my hot water heater is older, I would have to weigh the cost of repair vs replacement. Chris stated it could be repaired fot upwards of $250 or replaced for about $900. Although there was no way to determine how much longer the hot water heater would last, Chris said it's possible I could get another 5 years out it after repair. Even though it was not an emergency, Chris scheduled to come that afternoon. Because he was held up on the job before mine, Chris was a bit late in getting to my house, but he did call to let me know he was on his way. When Chris got to my house, he quickly diagnosed the problem as 1 of my heating elements not working at all, and the other not working properly. He told me how much it would be to replace the heating elements and the thermostats for each. I agreed and he began the work, explaining everything as he did the repair. About 45 minutes later, the hot water heater was repaired. The thing that very much impressed me was that Chris could have very well said to me that since my hot water heater was older, it would be best to replace it. However, he did not push that, and even suggested to repair it instead of replace it. This saved me several hundred dollars. I do know that the hot water heater will need to be replaced within the next few years, but if I can get another year or 2, I will be happy. I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing and Mechanical.
