The company was very thorough and professional. We had a toilet that would not flush and water coming up from the shower. They quickly diagnosed that there was a blockage in the line. They ran a machine through the pipes and got the water flowing again. In order to get to where the clog was they had to pull the toilet which was 30 years old so while they were cleaning the pipes and ran and got a new toilet. There's not one thing I could complain about with their service.

Twenty-four hours ago our hot water heater was broken and we were in a panic about how we could get it fixed or get a new one. ASAP plumbing means ASAP - within a few hours of our call they were at our house with a new hot water heater and our fears were gone! They were on time, courteous and professional. They explained how to use the new hot water heater and also how to perform yearly maintenance. I could not be happier!

My wife and I got three estimates to replace our water heater with a tankless. ASAP didn't have the cheapest price but we were more impressed with them because of their idea to get the venting outside from the heater. The other two companies wanted the exhaust to run right out onto my deck. Eric and James did the installation and they did a great job, very neat and respectful.

ASAP PLUMBING CAME OUT WHEN WE WERE HAVING A BARBECUE AND WE NEEDED IMMEDIATE SERVICE. THEY WERE AT OUR PROPERTY IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. RON GAVE US A PRICE OF 289 TO CLEAR THE DRAIN. IT TOOK HIM HOURS TO GET THE DRAIN CLEANED AND I WAS EXPECTING A MUCH BIGGER BILL IT WAS STILL 289. HE ALSO RAN THE CAMERA THROUGH OUR PIPES AND SHOWED US THE ISSUES WITH THE LINES THAT WE'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH FOR YEARS. HE GAVE US A PRICE TO REPIPE THE OLD IRON DRAINS AND A PORTION OF THE UNDERGROUND PIPES OUTSIDE. THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT WEEK AND RE-PIPED MOST OF OUR DRAINAGE PIPES. I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PLEASANT DEMEANOR AND PROFESSIONALISM ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING IT WAS A VERY DIRTY, UNPLEASANT JOB THAT I WOULDN'T DO EVEN IF I HAD THE ABILITY. SO KUDOS TO RON AND JAMES, WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE OF YOUR WORK.

Chris responded to my email pretty quick and gave me three options for an appointment. He also confirmed with me the appointment time: "right around" 9 AM, 6/18. My husband took off from his work and drove forty minutes to the house with the pluming problem. But he waited for Chris for TWO hours! Chris not only didn't show up, but also didn't even pick up his phone! I reached out to Angieslist and learned the phone number he gave to me is no even listed in his company file!!! They gave me a direct number, so I finally got a chance to speak to a lady in his office. The answer was my name and my appointment were not even on his job list today!!! This is so unbelievable! Did I speak to a ghost in the last couple of days??? Or he is just extremely irresponsible for his job??

Overall - our plumber was fine. Albeit a little unkempt. He was fairly professional and did a good job connecting our gas oven, which takes a plumber to do - who knew? Additionally he came to give us an estimate on remodeling our downstairs bathroom which is in desperate need. I don't feel we ever got a true estimate of what it would cost outlined. I would still use this company again however - as he was very good with the oven and the overall professionalism of the receptionist and follow through was excellent.

I was impressed with their cleanliness while doing a messy job they took every precaution to protect my home. Ron gave me a price before he started the job which I was happy about. The last plumber I had just handed me a bill at the end and it was way more than I expected to pay. The job went pretty smooth from beginning to end.

Great! Chris and Walt arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Will definitely use them in the future. They will also be on my recommend list.

They treated our home like gold and what i'm most pleased about with the job is when they ran into an unforeseen issue on the job that wasn't in the contract they only charged me the cost of the material not labor.

11There were absolutely no glitches. We did have to have some other work done to ready the chimney for safe installation of the tank. ASAP recommended someone to do the work but they were not available so again ASAP recommended a contractor to do the work and we were very pleased with their response time and job completed. The entire company is very professional, punctual, and detail orientated. Very pleased with ASAP and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Gouge! Ouch! Shop around....The owner "Chris" actually told me that he didn't have to worry about repeat customers (satisfaction?) due to the volume of requests for service and the fact that so few plumbers can now qualify for a "master plumber license". I suppose his honesty is why ASAP gets 1 star. Also, called ASAP for a burst pipe in the midst of a winter freeze. They were actually responsible for the pipe bursting as Chris himself "threw" a valve to "see what it did" after the house had been winterized by an irrigation company. That valve filled the backyard hose line, which ended up breaking during a freeze. I called ASAP and they were too busy to come out. This after I paid them $2,500 for a water heater and a $675 hot water tap for kitchen sink. So, I had to call another local plumber. I told him the story and he couldn't believe they wouldn't come out for a return customer. But, that follows from Chris's own words that it's not his priority. The almighty dollar is apparently. Conclusion: Follow The Captain and Tennille's advice: "Better shop around"

Service was fantastic. They came up with a less intrusive, lower cost solution than two other plumbers. Work was completed on time, on budget and in a professional manner. ASAP is definitely our go-to plumbers for our OC house.

The crew they sent were exactly on time, very professional and very efficient. They removed the old hot water heater and installed the new one in about two hours. They cleaned up after themselves, carted away the old hot water heater and took the time to show me the controls. I had an issue with the new hot water heater later in the day and they immediately sent the crew back out to check on it and resolve the problem. They were extremely responsive and very helfpul. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing -- they made this a no-hassle, easy experience.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE. RON THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AS WELL AS THE COST.

Came home to find water flowing outside through my laundry room. A baseboard heat pipe in the laundry room had cracked. They were there within 20 minutes of my call and spent 5 hours in total at my house. They needed to remove the baseboard molding to be able to diagnose the cause of the problem. They also had to drain the boiler. He drove to Home Depot to pick up the parts he needed to fix the problem. He installed the parts, and then brought the system back up. He made sure that all three zones came back on, and then he stayed until the boiler reached the temperature at which it would shut back off. While it was an expensive repair, I knew in advance that I would be charged time and a half, and given that it was 5 degrees out, I was very grateful that they showed up so quickly and were able to fix the problem. The technician also did a good job of keeping me informed of the status of the problem. Ironically, I had recommended them to someone else that day BEFORE my problem occurred. I took advantage of Angie's List deal for $49 to have my Hot Water Heater flushed and checked out. The only negative, if you want to call it that, was that it took a few days for the office to call me to schedule. They must have been overwhelmed with responses to the Angie's List deal but Chris called me on Sunday night to schedule their visit today. Ron and James arrived on time and could not have been any nicer or professional. In addition to the Hot Water Heater flush the deal also included a complete plumbing check of all faucets inside and outside of the house. As Ron flushed the water heater I told him that the hot water was not lasting though my showers. It's a 30 gallon tank and even during a 25 minute shower he said the water should remain hot. The unit was not flushing out quickly at all and he told me that there was a lot corrosion and sediment blocking the outlet which he showed me. He then said it could be the heating elements (2) as well and when they get corroded it affects the hot water also. He took the panels off the heating elements and I could immediately see the white corrosion on both elements. Ron explained that we could replace the elements and fix the other issues (that I originally did not know about) and it would cost $XXX but the fact that the water heater was almost 20 years old I might want to get a new water heater. Water heaters are supposed to be changed out every 12 years or so. Basically I was playig with fire and being as this is a summer rental house I decided to get the new water heater. He quoted me a price (less senior discount) and as he and James went about checking the rest of the plumbing I started Googling Hot water heater prices and found that his proposal was very fair so I authorized an install for next week. They could have installed it for me tomorrow but my schedule didn't allow. Fortunately they did not find any other issues. I was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. Will report on that install and experience after the job is done.

I called ASAP after my water heater stopped working one Saturday morning, Chris returned my voicemail with in an hour or so and I further explained my problem, he gave me a very fair price scale with both, best and worst case scenario. as it was Saturday I asked Chris when he was available to come out for the job expecting a date later this week I was surprised when I was told ASAP could come out the same day! Chris came out and further diagnosed the water heater and took an hour or so trouble shooting the unit and had it running very quickly. At this point I fell just around his predicted price for best case scenario. I was extremely happy with ASAP's service and recommend them for anyone trying to acquire an honest plumber!

I purchased the Faucet Installation Deal to replace my Kitchen and Bathroom faucets in my old house. I received a prompt email from Chris with the appointment information. Chris showed up on time as promised. He installed the two faucets and replaced a piece of worn out drain, despite having to cut out an old wooden shelf to get to the plumbing. He had all the tools he needed to get the job done, was Knowledgeable, Neat and Tidy. Chris is an Extremely Hard Worker, Pleasant and Professional. He was a Pleasure to have in my home. Very Glad I found this Plumber, Highly Recommend!
