They came out to give me an estimate. This amount was to be deducted from the final price. I have an unusal air conditioner. I gave the rep the name and number of the manufacture for my air conditioner so they could get the parts. I never heard from them so I called. They said it was taking so long because they were searching for a supplier for the part. I told them I gave the man at my house to let him know where to get the parts. 2 weeks later I received a phone call saying that the part was ordered and it would be 3 weeks. I called the supplier and was told that an inquiry was made but parts were not ordered. I called the company back and was told that they did not order it because there was not return guarantee. I called the manufacturer back and ordered the part for 59.00 and was told that my condo handyman could replace it. My handyman did the installation for 15.00. I asked for my 89.00 back and after some hassle I finally got my deposit back.
