AFFORDABLE TREE SERVICES

Working with Affordable Tree Service was the most amazing experience. The owner came and gave us an estimate, we had gotten a million estimates after Sandy, people were rapping on our doors because we had so much tree damage and we ended up having it done in installments because some of the trees we could take down quickly just using a landscaper and there was some major damage with trees leaning on trees, with a 20 foot diameter and root systems hanging up in the air. This guy gave us a great price. It was affordable tree service and we knew he was experienced. To clinch the deal he offered to take a tree that was leaning that really didn't have to be taken down, he was going to throw in that fourth tree to complete the deal and get us to agree to sign up right away, so we did. The guy came on a Saturday, was very professional, took down the trees, and came to the door to let us know they were done and we went out to look and they hadn't taken down the fourth tree. We asked them about the fourth tree because the owner told us they were going to take it down. This guy exploded into the most profane language, calling the owner the most despicable names, my husband and I just sat there with our mouths hanging open. The guy took out his cell phone, called the owner and cursed the owner out. Eventually they did take down the fourth tree but the crew was very angry. They wrecked the retaining wall we had with their equipment. The price was excellent.

Joe promptly returned our phone call, was on time for the appointment to assess our trees and give us our estimate. He returned with his crew to do the work when he said he would. He was punctual. The crew worked hard for 3 1/2 hours. Our yard was completely clean of debris. They were professional. We would gladly recommend them to friends and family and would use them again for any work needed. This company is a pleasure to deal with.
