Its GREAT find a business that still has the customer in mind. Barry contacted me right away even though it was on a Saturday morning. He showed up the same day just a few hours later. He was a pleasure to deal with. He explained what was going on and had the replacement pump and tank within a few days. During the install he tested my water and we talked about the system that was currently in the house. ( Which is not correct ) So needless to say we have already talked about getting the correct system for my house. He took the time to explain to me what was going on. ITS GREAT TO STILL FINE SOMEONE WHO TAKES PRIDE AND HAS A PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DO.

The owner contacted me right away ,and was here at my home within one hour to evaluate the situation. He was professional, honest, courteous, explain in detail his evaluation of the problem and made a point of explaining the situation in lay men terms so I would have understanding of the problem. I can t say enough good things about his professionalism. If you need a plumber he s the man to call. I had no water when I called him on Saturday by Sunday morning Barry the owner and his employee Dan were here, they replaced my burned out water pump, replaced the well bladder as it had rusted through the tank. He stayed for a good hour after the job was completed to make sure everything run smoothly . His charge for the job was more than reasonable, and to my astonishment he checked other things he did not have to check. I would never hire anyone else after seeing the quality of his work.

Barry the owner drove all the way to my house after working a really big job in Mays Landing which is quite a drive got here around 6pm and said as long as my well wasn t dry he would t leave unless I had water and he did just that! My pump was shot but he managed to get it running enough to give me some water throughout the nite. He arrived the next day and installed a new tank and pump. His work is impeccable and you can tell he has great pride in his work as if it was his own house. He made recommendations which I followed because he has such great characters. I highly recommend Waterways Water Service and if my well ever runs dry I will surely use him for a new well 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent service and quality of work

We were in a panic. No water and 6 overnight guests on their way. We called and Barry came within an hour and resolved the issue. Even gave us tshirts. Will keep their number for the future.

They were here within 2 hours,on a Sunday afternoon, to fix a well pump that had gone bad.Excellent explanation of the problem,super friendly and quickly repaired the problem and got the water back running in no time! Thank you so much.

excellent job, Barry explained to me how I can maintain the pump and tank, how it works and what is important when we winterize the sprinkler system and why the old pump does not work anymore. I will install a shelter around the pump and tank with isolation, in this case the new pump will last much longer. Highly recommend.

Barry called me as soon as I filled out the inquiry. I was unable to answer, so he called back in a few minutes. I told him about the issue, he said he could be there in 20 minutes. He arrived sooner, he figured out what the problem was, took care of it and had the well working again as soon as he was able to get the replacement piece. Had an excellent experience with Waterways Water Service! My well pump was short surging, Barry came out and even showed up early which was great. After explaining everything in depth that was causing the issue and also showing how old and incorrect the previous install was, we decided the replace the pump and fittings. He showed me everything he would replace and fix before he did it to take care of any questions I had. He was honest and didn t try to blow any smoke to try and sell me things I didn t need. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. Once finished he took pictures to show me everything he had done because I am on crutches and couldn t crawl to where the pump was. He went above and beyond when he didn t have to. He takes pride in his customer service and it really shows. He didn t try to take me over the coal and his prices are more than fair. He even took time after the install to go over my water treatment system and give some advice on that also. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Barry will be the first person I call from now on when I have any water issues.

Then, he came the next day to diagnose my well pump issues and installed a new system with very fair price. Very professional and courteous. His work experience is second to none and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needs water pump, filtration or plumbing service.

Barry called right away and told me when he could be at my home. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. He was honest and consistent with other reviews that I read about him.

Boy, I lucked out!!! I had a bad bladder tank and put my info into Angies list and Barry was the first to call. Our phone conversation left me at ease and he arrived 1.5 hour later. Barry explained everything in layman's terms so that I could fully understand the problem and the repair. he quoted me a price and replaced the tank with ease. While he was checking everything out he noticed my connection to my well was deteriorating. I told him that I have had several contactors in and no one wanted to touch it! We again discussed the repair and Barry quoted me a price to fix it. We also discussed a plan to reconfigure my water treatment equipment when he comes back to fix my well connection. He completed the job and had me text my payment info to his phone. The next day I received my receipt via email only to find that he charged me $50 less than what he quoted me! Barry is Honest, and Knowledgeable! Just a Class Act!! He will be my South Jersey Water Guy for life!

Barry Scott is split second responsive and values customer service as his #1 quality. He came over, on time, to inspect the property. He set a date. But when another client failed to secure her dog, he called and offered to come right over and open my well. Unfortunately for me, when the well was disconnected they failed to drain the pump causing it to crack. He had a new pump on the truck and gave me an estimate. He installed the new pump which involved his crawling under the house east to west with a brand new extension cord. What a wonderful sight to see that cold clear water gushing out over what will be a beautiful lawn! He was outstanding and quite the raconteur. I highly recommend him.
