Window World was a great company to deal with from the first meeting to the install and ended up extending beyond that. They were so pleasant to deal with and that COUNTS! Challenges will happen with any business or service. It's how a business responds that makes the difference. We had two windows that needed attention, and Window World cheerfully came back out and stood behind their product, as promised! Trust in what they say and they will reward that trust. A+ operation. Well run!

The staff from sales down to installation were extremely good. They delivered as promised and the quality of the window and craftsmanship were excellent. When completed they made sure I was satisfied and the work areas were cleaned up well.

Reasonably priced they replaced all the windows and two windows to storm doors all in one day. I even called to tell them that one window they fixed was a little off and they came right back and fixed it in the same day. They are very responsive.

It was a good experience. They did a very good job and their price was fine.

They were very efficient & did beautiful, clean work. The entire job took 2 days (22 windows on 2 floors), including time lost to fixing a rotting window frame.

My family (mom) hired them to do a deck after siding, windows, roofing, etc. The deck remains unfinished for over a year and is still unsafe. Three tries to get permits, a failed inspection, rough and unsanded materials outside. There is wood with nails all over the backyard.

Fantastic. They are awesome, I mean, awesome. Did everything they said they were going to on time, took their shoes off in the house, kept everything clean. It was great!

They came to the house and they started taking out the old Windows and then they installed a new Windows and they took away all the garbage and trash and old Windows. They did a very professional job

Two people came over and took a day and a half to do the job. They left the area clean, they weren't messy at all and they used drop cloths. The installers were really great. They came in asked questions, they didn't do any damage to the house and did a good job. I'd tell my friends to let them know what you wanted them to do. They are honest and at a fair price. I didn't have to haggle with them.

We had 4 windows installed and all new shutters. The windows are excellent quality. Had some problems with the time it took to install the windows (1 man for two large windows-took all day) and the siding they applied on the outer part of the house framing the window. They fixed it right away. All in all, good job.

We had several windows replaced. They did an excellent job. They worked fast and were very neat. I would call this company if I needed additional work done to my home. A+ company.

Very happy. The windows were for my moms home. She is very picky and she was happy and did not find any fault with the install. The installers were very nice and polite to her. She said they cleaned up when they left. I was happy from the time of the sale through the install. Window world manufactures their own windows and they are very highly rated. My experience supports their rating.

What they charged me in comparison to other estimates seemed reasonable. Overall it was okay - the scheduling, there was a mix-up in scheduling although they did straighten it out. I would say they are a good company, use them, just make sure you confirm appointments, make sure you definitely confirm them.

They were great, I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. They were very professional and worked hard and fast.

We requested an estimate, they did it on sight. The salesman answered all of the questions and was friendly, not pushy. We didn't make a decision right away and he was very accommodating. We finally decided and they had to come back to measure which took no time at all, we gave a 50% deposit. The same salesman did both appointments, he was prompt and professional. We were told 4 to 6 weeks for windows to be ready. I called them at 29 days and the windows had arrived that day. We scheduled install 1 week from my call. The work team finished a nearby job early on our scheduled date so we got a call they could come sooner and we jumped on that. They were professional, prompt and left no mess. It was done quickly and our neighbors and contractor have complimented how nice they look.

I would use them again. Everything went fine, and I had no problems. They finished the job quickly.

Great job! We are very happy with our new windows and doors. Great quality for a nice price! All people who came into our home for this project were professional craftspeople. The only problem we had was that incorrect doors were sent. This was corrected but took a little time. We cannot say enough about how this company went out of its way to please us with it's great products.

Good experience from initial contact to completion. Companies representative was proffessional and responsive. Estimate of job was correct and minor problems that come up during any project were handled well. House was built in 1897, so there are always surprises.
