The first thing I was impressed with was the way the sales person explained in detail about their product and install. They showed me pictures and taught me everything I needed to make an educated decision on my windows. I was not in the market for windows , but after their explanations and teaching me I knew the salesman cared a lot about his job and also customers homes.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. We were not knowledgeable about how windows work and what makes them different from the traditional window, in regards to looks, sturdiness, and energy saving. Now we have that part well ingrained. So far itâ s been a smooth installation and they had a great follow up to acquire feedback from our end.
