 + 0 moreJust like when they installed my pool the filter was delivered free shipping and the pool guy scheduled an appointment with me and came and installed my new filter l was up and running and they are there to answer any questions you have or problems that arise
Description of Work: Bought my pool from them 10 years ago and they are still prompt with any questions all of my pool needs I called them and ordered a new filter over the phone they look up my pool they keep all their customers in the systems for years and years. they suggested 3 filters that would fit my pool system I picked it they recommended one of their contractors he came installed the new filter and we were ready for the season

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased. We feel we paid a very fair price and we were very happy with the quality of the pool itself as well as the accessories. We could very easily contact someone from the company to help with any questions we had. From what I understand many local pool companies also purchase their pools through the Pool Factory which is why we chose them. Very fast shipping!
Description of Work: We purchased a 15' x 30' semi-inground pool from this company. The Pool Factory does not do installations so we had to hire someone else for that.

Description of Work: Referred to Angie List before purchasing my semi inground pool. Spoke with Josh who was extremely patient and professional. answered all my questions without rushing me or seeming annoyed. I called a few times before deciding on my pool and decided to move forward with the Pool Factory. Everything was delivered as promised. I did have an issue with my salt system and Josh was again happy to help me after payment. Josh even called me back a week later to find out if everything was ok...who does that these days...no one. I highly recommend buying whatever you need from this company, great service, good prices and honest.

 + -1 moreMy experiences with their service, assortment of pool products and accessories has always been very positive. Their prices are good and they even offer their own seasonal booklet. As long as I own my pool and their friendly, professional service continue, I will always use and recommend them for all my pool needs.
Description of Work: I have used the Pool Factory in Brooklyn, NY for a number of years for the purchase of above-ground pool replacement parts, chemicals, and accessories. I own a Hendon Pool and have been only able to get the items I need from the Pool Factory. I have even had them recommend a pool specialist (Frank) to open and close my pool annually. He even installed my replacement sand filter, which I purchased from the Pool Factory, without a problem.

 + 0 moreThe pool was delivered 2 days after I purchase it the contractor came to give me an estimate on Saturday it was a very reasonable price. he started breaking the ground on Monday morning he installed the pool framing into the ground the wet the ground for 2 days to harden the soil. and the next day the lining went in in filled it up over night the next morning he came back I have a salt water pool so he hook the salt machine to the filter turned everything on and was gone. we used the pool the following day after the initial chemical had to be added.
Description of Work: I purchased a semi in ground pool , the Manager Tom knowlegable about the products he sold which in turn was very helpful , when advising me of what would work best in the ground. He recommended a contractor to break the ground and install the pool everything was done in 3 days. They are a very professional and my total cost was 3,700 for everything I highly recommend this pool company they are the biggest and the best in the New York Metropolitan area. Ask for Tom when you go he won't steer you wrong.
