+ -1 moreStellar Phoenix is located in India, with support techs by skype only. They not only cannot communicate clearly, they don?t understand how Macintosh/Apple platforms work. They repeatedly destroyed more data on my computer by giving incorrect information and never advising that each time you boot the computer and enter new information it overwrites older information. The product does not work; the techs are difficult to understand; they do not know Mac products; they are rude and unprofessional (especially to women); will not refund money for failed operations; will not honor the customer. Overall AVOID this computer-only contact and go to a real Apple recovery service where you can see and speak to a live person.
