I am extremely dissatisfied with Power Home Remodeling, and I am at a loss for where to begin. I added 2 pictures with the rest of my review to describe every detail of our siding and windows projects as it was too long to post here. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2 PICTURES I ATTACHED WITH THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Overall, the work is subpar at best! It's not worth the money. In my profession, I've been a project manager; I would've never signed off on an incomplete and unprofessional job like this. It's a rushed and botched job. I called Power Home Remodeling this morning (4/3/25) to request they come out to fix 2 things that were obvious to the eye. The earliest they can come is June 13, 2025. Then, when my electrician was here to give me a quote on hooking up our pool, he noticed that the electrical work he had done on the outside of the house (clamping down the new wires to our updated electrical panel) - Power Home Remodeling left all the electrical wires unclamped! Then when we were in the backyard, and I was looking at the back of the house, I started to notice a lot of things out of place. Gaps in the siding, bulging siding, siding that is coming out of place, etc. Remind you, the siding was only done in October 2024, and it's April 2025! Now I have to call Power Home Remodeling again to let them know that I caught 28 additional things besides the 2 things I called them about this morning. Again, this job was not worth the money; they sold us on things that we truly didn't have, like a dedicated project manager who would check the completed project, and there was such a lack of professionalism. I've worked with many contractors in the past, and by far, this was the absolute worst experience! The company has provided poor service and unprofessional work. Even though a Project Manager finally came out in October 2024, it's April of 2025 and I've noticed 30 additional things that they did not notice (it's their job to find these flaws in the project). Not only did they fail to meet basic expectations, but they also sold us on promises, such as the presence of a dedicated project manager, which they did not fulfill. We deserve to have these issues resolved promptly, and they should significantly reduce our bill (by thousands of dollars) to reflect the subpar work. We paid $44,000 for a project that was rushed and poorly executed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and intend to pursue this issue until it is resolved.

Had to have the slider replaced a second time as the blinds were not level. This took 4 months of this company blaming the manufacturer, who they claim at the time of the sale that they are the manufacturers biggest customer. And now the second slider has the same problem. But no response from Power. Terrible company. I have a coworker who also has an ongoing problem with a leaky window that they will not replace. Never use this company, go with Anderson.

I just have my windows & siding replaced. I should not hire them after they replaced our windows. I should follow my instinct. After 4 weeks, I’m still waiting for someone to replace /fix the window screens and caulk the sliding doors. Every time you call the company, someone will say that they will get back to me for an answer. Guess what? No answer yet! Also, make sure you have everything in writing not what your salesperson promised you just to get the project. The sub contractor they hire for my siding did a great job putting the siding but they need to train these people how they will leave your property after the project was done. You see nails everywhere. I found at least a dozen of nails in my driveway. Also, I have my siding replace with white siding and you can see all dirt and black marks everywhere, even all the windows. It looks like I don’t have new windows and siding. Some of my lanscaping plants & lights were damage. My biggest disappointment is no one return your calls if you have issues with what they install!!! You need to keep calling!!!

Avoid these predatory jerks. They own the financing company (or at least, share the same owners), and accrue DAILY (reference: Your bank accrues MONTHLY on interest) from the moment you sign up. They try to bully people into buying further products and services, including threats of your roof caving in, descriptions of the worst possible things that might happen in rare instances as if they're normal, and threatening not to honor the warranty if you don't let them do all the services (at insane prices btw). You can get four times the work done for the same price from a reasonable contractor, without having to throw their representative out of your house after hours of harassment and demands. Total charge for all three services they demanded would have been more than 3/4 the price of the entire house, and it could be done for less than half of that with better materials (don't buy the 'virgin vinyl' stuff, it's just vinyl, like most other folks have, and cheap at that). Do not to business with this company, ever.

My review is about Power Home Remodeling they did my siding a year ago within 2 months it was falling off the house and bubbling up it took 6 months for them to come out and repair it it began to fall off and bubble again immediately after they finished they came out again and fixed deciding that was falling off but did not replace the siding that was bubbling they inform me that I would have to go through my hormones insurance or buy the materials unacceptable they wanted me to plant trees or build a wall to block the sunlight but that is unacceptable selling a product that cannot withstand the sun rays is ridiculous they charge a whole lot of money left my property a complete mess and now I'm stuck with a house that constantly needs to be repaired after spending so much money I regret not doing my research and reading other reviews that I have saw I would not recommend this company to anybody not until my issues are completely resolved

they replaced 9 windows, half of them are leaking. significant water condensation in between glass.

Power Home Remodel's warranty is a complete scam. When our front door needed to be fixed, they scheduled an appointment six months out. Then, when it rained on the day of the appointment, we were pushed to the back of the line to wait another four months. Finally, after the technician showed up, he left us with the clear coat required to finish the job and told us to handle it ourselves. Great service! We have also had an order for a window to be replaced, covered under warranty. It's now been over a year and a half with no new window provided. They have made clear that we have no recourse to speed up the process, only that they are sorry and our order has been "expedited". Would not recommend that anyone waste their money on this company and their warranty!

These guys are a scam .... From telling me I needed a roof when in fact I didn't... Then when they installed it there was a leak the run off now falls directly on my new windows .... They told me there products were top notch when the pallet of material arrived it was nothing more than a home Depot special... I took pictures of the materials that came and all the material in dumpster when they were done .... They claimed to have used 15 sheets of plywood when I know they only used 6 .... When you do the math of the 300 percent mark up they used for there materials they were trying to scam me out of 2000$.... When they wanted to come and fix the leak it was during a time I was at work and my kids are being picked up for school ... The worker proceeded to go into my house when my daughter was home alone she is 11 years old .... She called me and I flipped out on the contractor who told me it wasn't a big deal because it's his trusted guy..... I work construction and I know the repairs they did to the sheetrock that got wet were a joke !!! They did absolutely nothing to rectify this horror show it's quite frankly a ponzi scheme your paying top dollar so all the salesman make their cut and all the pictures they show you if previous work means nothing because they hire out multiple contractors odds are it won't be the same guy working on your house.... Get a roofer that only does roofs save yourself thousands of dollars these guys are the worst they never even called after all that they just pushed the financing off to the bank and hounded me to sign a completion form so they could get paid when the work to fix what they destroyed wasn't even done

Job well done from initial contact door to door from marketing staff to installation and QC inspection. Very professional staff. Will recommend Powerhouse Home Remodeling to family friends and relatives.

I find it hard to believe that this company has such great reviews. I have been trying to get them to come to my house so that I can order new windows and every single time they schedule an appointment, they cancel! They have cancelled 4 times - WTH!!! Why do they keep overbooking??

My review is a warning to homeowners who may purchase siding. They completed a siding job for a cape cod home, single story which is a 1950s style home. Apparently my water pipes are not up to standard building code today. After completion of the job the sider put a nail in my water pipe and caused it to leak onto my carpet and padding. Response from the company regarding damages is because pipes were not up to code and not attached to stud by metal sheathing and were hidden behind wall- they are not responsible for any damages.

Great customer service while they are trying to get you to buy their product, windows and doors in my case. Yes, attentive and all the great things you want as a consumer, HOWEVER, don't let anything break because you then have to wait almost a year to get it repaired. No matter how many times you call, complain, yell and threaten to sue, they will not budge. They continue to say they have delays with the manufacturer, well guess what NOT MY PROBLEM. Every single month, I'm paying the credit card I used to purchase $26k in windows and doors, and I can't get a simple door replaced because of the manufacturer. Then they bring the door after waiting 6 months and it's the wrong door!!! This is not acceptable, this is not fair, I "we" are not rich which is why you target middle income families who can't afford to buy new doors or can't afford to sue you! The same way I took a loan to buy these items is the same way I will take a loan out to pay for a lawyer and either get my money back or credit me the entire year I paid for damaged goods.! DON'T USE THEM. YOU ARE BETTER OFF AT HOME DEPOT. THEIR PRODUCTS JUST HAVE A FANCY NAME, SAME GARBAGE AS BIG BOX STORES! - WRITTEN BY YOLANDA QUINONES AND VERIFIED!

I was really surprised. I got a bid on the windows with no intention of buying them. The sales person was awesome, the product was great. They were very professional with their system and surprisingly reasonably priced. They are very efficient and do what they say. Sadly, I was pessimistic, and was waiting for a problem or situation to happen. All of a sudden, the windows got delivered early and installed 2 days early. Everything was perfect. I deal with a lot of contractors and none of them performed as well as Power Home did. Bravo!!! It feels really good to be taken care of . I would highly recommend.

Large job (30 windows) went perfectly. They finished in ONE DAY1 everything looks and works beautifully. All questions and concerns answered well.

They did a good job, tore down rotten wood, and redid the modeling. The one thing I disliked was that they told me the doors would come separately from the windows. Because of the different delivery dates, I only moved items from the windows. They told me the doors were also being delivered on the morning of the delivery date. I was unprepared to clear the doors and the installers had to move items themselves. The items were not pulled out with care. The technician who called did not care that I was unprepared.
