What we really impressed with Power Home Remodeling Group was their professionalism. The sales representative spent at least 3 hours going over all the details, very honest, answered any questioned we had. He did not put any pressure on us, even offered some ways to get discount without even asking. They thrive on customer satisfaction and they make sure that customers are happy 100%. Once we agreed to proceed the project, they set up date promptly, made follow up call couple days in advance to make sure that we will be home on the day of service. The crew showed up on time, they were through and professionals? we were so happy with their services that we reused them for more house improvement work.

These guys were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job. My project manager Mike and on-site manager Emigdio were personable, responsive and seemed to really care about what they were doing. We had an issue with the brickwork over our windows, which Emigdio discovered while doing the siding and he was very flexible and cooperative in dealing with the mason we had to call in the middle of the siding job to fix the bricks. The work was done carefully and they did an excellent job of keeping the outside area neat and clean. I was pleasantly surprised just how clean the lawn, porch and driveway were when they were finished. If you didn't see the Power lawn sign or the new siding and gutters you wouldn't have known they were there - it was left that neat. Overall a great experience and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others as well.

I feel they should give me my money back, they didn't know exactly what to be done, there prices were terribly high. They were very punctual. And I would not use this provider again in future.

The team did a great job - from the estimate to the job. They focused on high quality and stayed late to ensure the job was done right and done perfectly. Very professional.

The overall job went well. There were some problems prior to the competed job that I wish I didn't have to go through. 1) the "free estimate " was a 3hrs sales pitch. And I found it very odd they give you the estimate not setting once on the roof to inspect it. 2) there are two prices in this estimate the one if you sign right now and the one if you don't sign right now I did not like that tactic but I knew I needed the roof done and their price if I didn't sign right away was very close to other estimates I got plus this company is insured and no one could come close to their guarantee. 3) when the crew came they discovered 626 sq ft of rotten plywood , 326 more sq ft of plywood that's included in the free estimate causing another salesman to come and rewrite the contract to increase the price of the job . Don't get me wrong the plywood needed to be replaced I just believe the inspection should have found that because it was very obvious when you got on the roof. And I didn't like that the salesman came not only to change the contract but he was looking to try to sell me more stuff why did I need to go though another sales pitch I already bought the product ? In saying all that when the crew arrived they were very professional and walked me though each step , they even went over and above to fix a cracked vent pipe ... I would recommend and hire this company I just don't want another 3hr sales pitch

When the representative came out to our house for an estimate he overstayed his welcome for over 3 HOURS! We were having people come up from Florida and we told him needed to make dinner. When our guests showed up he still proceeded to try to sell us a roof. He made my husband take the doors off the hinges of our baby's closet so he could get into the craw space into the attic (and then did not attempt to put the doors back on). He laid all of his products out on our dinning room table and still was oblivious to us repeatedly saying our guests needed to sit down. We ended up ordering pizza instead of cooking a nice meal because he would not leave. He told us there were three layers of roof, when there was actually only 2 and then finally quoted us with a price for $17,000! We told him we could no way afford this and he continued to talk. Finally we told him he needed to leave immediately. For literally months later Power Home Remodeling would continually call us asking that we have their manager come out to the house to give us the best offer. I told them I would report them to the better business bureau if they did not stop calling. Three times one of their managers stopped by the house uninvited asking to come in. My husband and I both told him to get off our property and leave us alone. When we finally got our roof replaced it was with (Service Provider Information Removed) for $6,000 and it was a wonderful experience.

Arek and Derek showed up about an hour late and without the third man scheduled for their crew but immediately began to work with great energy and care. Their diligence and focus were remarkable. The work could not be finished in the one-day time frame scheduled because the third man was missing, but they came the following day and completed the work in about three hours. Had the third man not been out sick, they easily would have finished on schedule. The work was all done without any damage to the house. The guys were respectful and careful. They worked steadily, almost relentlessly. When they left at the end of the first day, all the windows were in place and sealed; all that remained was to install about 7 of the exterior trim faces. When they left, they had vacuumed all the floors, and wiped down the woodwork -- leaving not so much as a fingerprint behind. Any scraps had been removed from the yard and driveway. They could not have been more meticulous. I would definitely consider Power for any major home improvement project, such as a roof or siding.

Power is a very very professional group. From the sales people, to the installers and everyone in between. I was treated with respect and great customer service through every step of our agreement. The install went beautifully. The workmanship was perfect!!!!!!!!!! The windows are beautiful. The quality wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees.,and it products. I would use them again in a minute.

Power Home Remodeling Group has 2 price structures - one estimate if you sign up now without thinking about it and another estimate for later, since they don't want to return for a second visit. Of course the second estimate is much higher, about 20% higher. Both estimates were very high but then they call you back about 2 weeks later to inform you of a manager's special promo which can save you up to 40% off the original estimates. Dan, your evaluator at dan@thewindowdog.com says "never do business with a company that insists that both spouses or all owners be present for the presentation". I found that out after they came. I dealt with other Angie's List contractors and am glad to say that I signed with a contractor who will do the 11 windows and the siding on the house at a reasonable price. I will report back on them once the job is completed.

Excellent - just like the first set of windows, the installers arrived on time. They were very professional, neat, productive and efficient in installing good quality windows. These installers are the best. They answered all our questions and were very personable. We highly recommend this company and are planning to install more windows with this company in another house. On this install, the 2 windows were not sized correctly. The installers determined this after they removed our windows. They called the main office, had the windows re-ordered, had us re-scheduled, and re-installed our windows. On their second visit with the correctly sized windows, all went very well. Very happy with these installers and this company.

Excellent - the installers arrived earlier than expected, but were very punctual. They were very professional, neat, productive and efficient in installing good quality windows. These installers were really the best. They answered all our questions and were very personable. We highly recommend this company and are planning to install more windows with this company in the future. Backing up to before the installation.....The salesman's pitch is very long, and could be done in a shorter period of time. However, this is the companies sales approach and so you have to be prepared. We saw the quality in the company and in the windows and thought it was worth it.

The crew came on time on Monday January 19th. I was told that it would be an entire week project but they were done by Thursday just before the first snow fall. The men were great and very professional. I was told what was being done each day. They did an excellent job with cleaning up everyday after putting in full day of work. Once the siding was up, they put up my new outside lights and mailbox and even changed the light bulb of the one old fixture that I kept. I am so in love with my house now.

Amazing, completely seamless process from initial contact to install. Inspection to ensure everything was in order really made me feel comfortable. Also, we had a project manager and felt we were always in the loop, great communication. The work site was safe, clean, and the end result was flawless just like promised. Great reduction in energy bills as demonstrated and although not the cheapest (we had estimates for 13-14k) the value is definitely there and many friends of mine who have gone cheaper are not saving any money. Would recommend this company to all and would use them for future work, you truly get what you pay for and they deliver on all promises. Very unique about them is NO MONEY DOWN, you do not pay until it is finished and you are happy and I sure am.

Everything went well, they did what they were supposed to do. The roof was finished on time (1 day). They were very professional and the clean up went well.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to have the work done at this time. But these people were great! From the initial contact, they were pleasant and professional. The gentleman who came to the house spent over 4 hours with us!!! He inspected the outside of the house from every possible angle, he even crawled up into our attic and inspected the underside of the roof and the beams. His explanation of the materials they would use and the installation procedure was thorough, easy to understand and comprehensive. DO NOT HAVE YOUR ROOF REPLACED WITHOUT CONSULTING THIS COMPANY.

The work crew showed up on time Wednesday and Friday. Thursday was skipped due to snow. They were experienced, professional and personable. The crew finished the skylight and the main part of my roof on Wednesday. They never needed to use a tarp as they never exposed any part of the roof they couldn't finish that day. Everything went as promised by my salesman, Kyle Landis. Roofing material was delivered the day before and the dumpster was delivered on Wednesday, first day of work and taken away on the next business day after the work was finished. I must say I am impressed, also, with the dumpster company. They used wood on my driveway so as not to scratch it. Clean up was as good as could be expected with all that snow on the ground. I was satisfied with their clean up efforts. A separate crew came on Friday to install my new gutter guards. Again, fast, efficient, hard workers. They got the work done in half a day. If my opinion counts on how my roof looks, I think it's gorgeous and so does my husband. He and I were also impressed with Kyle Landis' knowledge and selling technique. I've seen complaints on this site about the hard sell and high pricing. As far as I am concerned Mr. Landis was doing his job, selling a great product. (Plus trying to make a decent paycheck. Can't fault him for that.) As far as the price is concerned, I'm going to be all cliché, but you get what you pay for. I will recommend Power Home Remodeling Group to any that need their type of offered services and will use them again, for windows next time.

the window installation, went smoothly; the installer was very nice and installed everything with no fuss and efficiently. Vito was very professional and easy going. Dominic, the sales person, was persistent but polite. I appreciate the fact that he was honest and very hard working and made every effort to give us a good deal. The best part of everything is that there isn't a draft anymore and the windows are energy efficient. Great job overall.

Just had the service done and we can already feel a difference in our home. No more drafty windows to make our house cold in the winter. Very happy with the professionalism of all involved. Power Home has great service and I would recommend them to anyone and will most likely be working with them on future home improvement projects.

The quote was to replace 5 windows and a door. The interactions with the customer for that first meeting seem to be long and extensive that needed. I was impressed with their windows. The quality of the windows very good.

NOT WELL AT ALL VERY PRESSURED & PUSHED INTO SIGNING VERY BAD BUSINESS WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. STAY CLEAR IF THEY EVER COME TO YOUR DOOR.

The supplies were dropped off in the driveway, a few days ahead of the project. The dumpster was dropped off at 7:30 a.m. the day of the project, followed by the work crew who arrived at 8:00 a.m. they sprung into action almost immediately, putting tarps off the roof, to the ground, and also on the ground surrounding the house, to protect the house and the shrubbery and other stuff in the yard. Then we heard the roof coming off, seemed like all the guys worked in unison, like a well oiled machine. All the while there was a "yard" guy going around cleaning up and picking up nails with a magnet bar. The only time they stopped was for a lunch break. At which time another Power guy stopped by to check on the project and to see how we liked what was going on, as he was inside with us explaining our financing, he also told us what the benefit of having larger gutters installed would do, since the new roof overhung the old gutters, rendering them near useless. There was in no way shape or form any pressure on us to have this done. Or, if we ever decided to have this done, to use Power. Since we have had work done by you guys before (our siding. was the first job) and now the roof, we decided to also get the gutters done too. After re-calculating the amount, the interest rate also dropped a few points which was good. So, we will be getting gutters in a few weeks too. The entire job was done by 4:30, clean up and everything. I must say, I was very impressed. Some people may think they can get these jobs done cheaper, and they can, but they will be missing out on the quality products used, the attention to detail and the workmanship, done by these professionals. And last but not least, all their jobs are covered by a fantastic warranty !! To a job WELL DONE, thanks guys !!!!

**12/14/14 UPDATE - I had power evaluate my roof when they were here doing the windows. They sent a "customer satisfaction rep" out during the job who I now realize is just another sales rep. He arrived at my house and instantly told me it was imperative that I do my roof right away. Because the company had been professional up to this point, I was willing to talk about it, which we did for hours. I have a 3000 sq ft root and power quoted me $35,000 which they brought down to $26,000 if I signed up that day. I can't stand the pressure tactics of home remodeling companies. Anyway, the "customer satisfaction rep" really had me about to bite on the roof as he swore up and down left and right that no company could ever come in and do what power was going to do for any less money. THANK GOD I did not sign the deal. I have had three other companies come in now since that day, and each of them were going to do EXACTLY what Power was going to do, for $12,000 or less. Power will try to sell you that they do a bunch of things that other roofing companies do not do but that is just not true. I could go with a basic roof for 8,000. With "Power's exclusive upgrades" (deck armor instead of tar paper, drip stripping, and venting) I could go with a reputable company, such as Carlson Roofing, for $11,200. They are going to perform the EXACT SAME SERVICE, I have both estimates side by side and they are identical. Except that Power's is for $26,000 and Carlson's is for $11,200. I am writing this review in hope's that someone will see this before they get swindled into buying one roof for the price of three. I am happy with the window installation that Power did because they did a good job but I honestly regret that I gave them my money. I would not recommend them to a friend or a family member. I am in sales for a living and once I have the trust of a customer earned, I do not try to capitalize on that trust and take advantage of them. Oh and one other thing, Power will sell you in their presentation that everyone that works for them is a Power employee and that they do not use sub contractors. That is a bold faced lie as well. Steer clear of this company, they are a marketing firm not a home improvement contractor. They are very good at marketing, no doubt about it, but do yourself a favor and spend you money with a real home improvement company and pay fair market price, not 3 times what the work is worth.

I am convinced that the company's products are first class, but the price was totally out-of-line and unbelievable. I subsequently got the job beautifully done by a neighbor recommended family business- to my complete satisfaction- for 1/3 the price they quoted. They used the same shingles. All it takes is a little research to find out how out-of-line this company is, to find an acceptable alternative, and to save a bucket of money.

We were very pleased with our interactions with the company and the final product. All of the employees that we had contact with were courteous and professional. The job was scheduled and completed on time. The day of the install the workers did a great job getting everything done. They kept us informed about what had been completed at the end of the first day and what to expect for the second day. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves.
