They arrived when they said they would. They did very neat work and the quality of the materials is excellent.

This company ruined an entire work day for me. I messaged this company through Angies List with a detailed explanation that our roof was not leaking and we did not want a new roof, but wanted an estimate and then the repair associated with venting the attic and roof. I was incredibly detailed in the angies list message. I then had a 12 minute phone conversation (timed with my iPhone) with them where I again explicitly detailed how we are looking for venting estimate and repair and not a new roof. We scheduled 11am on Wednesday 29th. I of course canceled work and planned on being home for this. At 9am the day-of, I called to confirm. Only then did they tell me they do not do repairs; they told me only then that they only do full installation. I thus wasted an entire day of work. In my opinion they waited to the last minute to up-sell me. This is the height of unprofessionalism. I told them I would write this review both here and on yelp. I never write reviews like this. See my other reviews; I only write positive things. This service was so bad I felt it necessary to write this.

Everything was great. I am very pleased with my new windows! The crew was on time, everyone was honest and upfront with me and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

A wonderful job from start to finish. What a joy to do business with such a professional outfit. They have a terrific system that takes minimal time to complete a job. We were well informed about each step of the operation. Communication is key in a project like this and we couldn't have been more pleased with how we were kept in the loop. Everyone was personable, cheery and helpful. We had lots of questions and they answered every one with a smile. The remodeling consultant, Matt Kaczmar, was our first point of contact and after a few minutes, we were charmed into hiring his company. First impressions are key, and Matt wowed us. Chris Montemurno was our Pre-Install Inspector and he couldn't have been nicer. He made us realize we made the right decision. The project managers, Mike Lombardi and Sean Sheridan were knowledgeable and efficient. Tomas, the window installer and Jorge, the roof crew chief were awesome! They had their crews working like a well-oiled machine and the amount they accomplished in the time frame they were given was mind boggling. Bravo to all the Power crew! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH OUR CHOICE!

Everything went great. They were very present to work with. They did a great job, listened to my comments and did extras I didn't expect. They left everything clean. The installers were great people, polite, great to work with.

The Power people were real professionals. They described in detail what needed to be done and how they would do it. They were right on schedule, and did their work perfectly. I had some complicated electrical equipment outside the house from a solar system, and they knew exactly what to do about it. Their work was careful and clean. Workers were courteous and tried their best to accommodate us. The price was a bit higher than that of others, but the end product was better, partly from their careful consultation with us and partly from their care and professionalism. The grounds were spotless when they left, and I have not found any cut corners, errors, or workmanship problems.

Excellent workmanship!! I didn't think a roof could be done so quickly and siding was done just as efficiently and in a timely manner.

very well. multi-step process from sales meeting, to pre-job inspection, to job, to post completion inspection follow-up. workers arrived on time on the scheduled date. job done in one day. cleaned up my property as well as neighbors. fixed window capping that came loose. all questions answered and concerns discussed. love the 50 year warranty too! they even went around property with a magnet to pick up nails. enlightened about new layering process with gore-tex instead of the black paper barrier and added ridge vents. impressive.

Great! 100% satisfied with Power HRG's work. They spend a lot of time with you to ensure you understand the quality of their work and materials, but it's well worth the time. I have had major problems with prior contractors who outsourced to incompetent subs and within only a couple of years the materials look worn? If you want the best, call PHRG. If you want to gamble, go ahead, gamble.

There was some trouble with the sub contractors in the beginning re windows, roof and leaders/gutters. There were also some mix-ups on arrival times as well. When I contacted their service department they listened to my concerns; had someone come to the house and checked out everything; then made arrangements to have everything fixed to my satisfaction. I had no problems with the subcontractors they used for the door and siding; and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the work. The quality of the materials cannot be questioned as it is excellent; in fact my brother had his roof replaced by them as well. I also like the fact that their windows, siding and door are guaranteed for the life of the house and that guarantee is transferrable to the new owners if I decide to sell. The roof is also guaranteed for 50 years; I do not know of any other company that gives such guarantees. After the windows were put in I had a problem with a squirrel chewing through my window screen; called them up and they sent someone out to replace the screen. My poodle made a hole in the screen at another time and they came to replace that as well; no extra charge no questions asked. Like everyone else I wish prices were lower; but for the quality of their materials; well the old saying is "you get what you pay for" so I really can't complain.

Can't say enough good things about Power Windows. If you like efficiency, quality products and excellent costumer service, hire them!

***Buyer beware of this contractor, as they could provide free estimate that is a multiple of the actual fair market value for the roofing and gutter work you are asking them to perform.*** They could be OK for other work, I just do not know. Here is my experience and respective grading. Professional sales rep appeared to be very personable (A+). Delivered smooth presentation and was attentive to our responses (A+). After walk-around and attic inspection he made few suggestion on the removal of skylight (A-) no leak issues. We went back to the table and he showed square footage estimate with bird-eye view of the roof on screen. Although, he did not show any other detail than the total square feet needed (B-). Not sure why it was hidden. I believe in the full disclosure. The number seemed a bit high (It could be due to the higher than usual waste factor being applied. It is possible that inexperienced roofers may have higher ratio until they learn the trade). Then we went to the actual free estimate. On a single piece of paper without much detail (easy to read, but missing crucial detail) he just wrote 42,627.90 in "Total investment" box. The grade for this value proposition is (F-). Please let me explain: This only included roof shingles and gutters replacement of like kind. However, this price is a multiple of the second GAF Master Certified roofer estimate for the same roof and same work (I was told by the sales rep that Power Remodeling Group has this certification level). It is a mystery why such a high price. One possible explanation could be that the sales person is on a progressive commission (higher estimate = higher % of the estimate). The second explanation could be a possible use of a psychological pricing (disregarding of the actual value of work to be performed), that is based on the profile of the owner and the house appeal. I believe that ethics matters and applies to pricing as well. If they can not be trusted on pricing ethics, then it is better off to look elsewhere. My recommendation: Do not call this company first for the free estimate. If you did, just postpone the appointment and get at least two estimates from other (master level certified) contractors first. Angie's have them listed. There are other reputable roofing and gutter companies that deserve our business. Thank you Angie's list for a convenient way to find valuable references, where a few minutes can save thousands. The entire process from start to finish was excellent. Totally professional at every level. The materials were top of the line that will protect the house forever. I strongly recommend power home remodeling.

We fell for their pushy hard sale, like naive homeowners we are, and ended up paying way, way too much for sub-standard service, a merely decent product, and shady practices. They cancelled the first appointed time without notice, causing us to lose a personal day to their carelessness. Very unapologetic and when we pushed the issue, explaining the value of the personal day lost from work, they said that we'd be compensated with a visa gift card. The card came with the wrong name on it (a mix or our two names), and it doesn't work anywhere. I called to address the issue, and they were just like "Try it again". It doesn't work, it's worthless. When they finally did come and do the job, it was one man, one day, and they didn't replace all the old wood in the frame like we requested. The fact that it was a one man, one day job, does not seem to warrant the $10000 price tag. The product is nice, but we've already had issues with it. The door creaks loudly, the door knob already BROKE, and we were left to paint and patch the trim. Basically, we should never have gone with this company. Don't fall for their sales pitch.

Not well do you have enough room for my review? first estimate on 2,500.00 sqft was almost 28,000.00. we cancelled by express mail $28.00. they sent in a the car business its called take over OT to convince one to another offer . ok 23,000.00 roofing system and gutters. ok we accept. Some thong that I mentioned many times that I didn't want undocumented workers on the job site but thats what I got. so tacky as to put power magnetic signs over the logo on the van sign on the vans of the migrant workers van. that's when I realized I was in trouble. While the roofing system they were installing was good its only as good as the installers. I observed one laborer note Not Mechanic, putting a water and ice shield which is very sticky for reason 3x3 piece only removed apportion the backing of the backing and was about to put i down when I complained but this laborer not a skilled worker was going tom place it down anyway, the sticky part is so that its sticks to the decking, finally after getting the attention of the the project mangers attention to get this laborer to then right thing a get a new piece. they don'y use measuring tapes. its all estimated by them. they finished in One day good money I'd remember 23,500.00 for 1 day. Now the where such a hurry to get get the gutters up. Nightmare. first of all the project manager Brian said that there was rotted fascia all around the house and and recommended wrapping the windows and fascia because of the rotted wood. Ok Power came to us because they made a killing on roof they would do the wrapping the roof job so they lowered the roof by 2,00.00 so we would go for the wrapping. ok the gutter toke 5 hours and I fell they did a fair job. so the wrap subcontractors show up why re the gutter up. which I agree how can this guy now where the rotted wood is, here's the clincher he's leaving for reserves the next day so what they did is wrap . the house with out replacing the rotted wood I discussed this with the project manager I asked the wrap guy if he saw rotted wood and did her replace it . He said he didn't see rotted wood. I never saw 1 piece of 1x6 lumber to replace the rotted sections the reason for the wrap at 3.,910.00 was to address this problem the company only gave a credit of$ 67.00 so 25,000.00 in three days. Please what ever you do do not use Power Home remolding. i don'y think the warranty is worth the paper its written on the gutters should have done be for the wrap, but this company is in such a hurry to get the big money cause they get over priced estimates so you don't have time to really investigate other options. Please do not use Power Home remolding Chester P.A I regret ever meeting them , very very disappointed will never refer anyone to this company.

The job went very smooth. Everything is done in such an orderly manner. The gentlemen that came to do the job are great and respectful of you and your property. We decided to actually have more windows done and are looking forward to having them installed soon.

I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling Group. 10 years ago we contracted them to install vinyl on our dining room addition. That siding still looks brand new. Several years after that we had vinyl siding installed to the back and 1 side of our home. Again, it still looks brand new. This past week we had them install vinyl siding to the remainder of our home and the end result is great. The product itself is excellent quality, it has endured the test of time and we could not be more pleased. The staff is pleasant, easy to work with, maintains constant contact with the homeowner and it’s on site crew. All of my questions were answered. The installers were pleasant, worked quietly and efficiently. They were on time and left my home spotless. After the job was completed a supervisor contacted me to follow up on the job installation. I would definitely contract them again.

It went well. They worked together well and quickly. Never were they annoyed by my questions. They were very professional.. They even came out when I had a leak show up in a spot I'd had it before, found the problem that had nothing to do with the roof, and took care of it for now. I wasn't too happy with the price but it's got a great warranty. Having been burned in the past I was a bit bothered by the sales pitch but everything was explained clearly.
