To Corey Schiller, CEO Mr. Schiller - Today I spoke to an employee of Power HRG named Peter. He was clearly following company intake scripts and protocols. Today's sales appointment - for which I had set aside time as of 9/8 - was cancelled at his direction. The team of Chris and Elvis who set the appointment at our front door on 9/8 were both outstanding in their pitch and process. In my view, every other employee on your team, assisting me in potentially engaging your company, has been completely unfocused on a buyer's interests in an agreement. Also I noted replies to members from Ray Lodato here on Angie's List. His replies are equally tone deaf. As a former CEO myself, I urge you to review and revise your intake and sales close processes starting with the terms and conditions to submit a message via your website. Such consent requirements are a barrier especially in light of the U.S. Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights.

Power Home Remodeling came to our home to give us a free quote and we felt comfortable and confident in the company from he start. Each sales rep answered every single question and was willing to spend as long as we needed to answer every question. Can you find a cheaper roof insulation, probably, but you get what you pay for. With a roof guaranteed for life and protecting your home, the investment is needed. From the days leading up to the removal of our roof to the day of and day after, this company was extremely professional. They called to notify us of the drop off of materials and to check in on the progress of the installation as it was occurring to ensure we were happy. The day after the installation, another rep came out to check everything. All of the debris was cleaned up. Crew was all on time and professional. Would absolutely recommend this company for roof installations.

On time, clean, and excellent installation work. So well down, that a leak to the basement which persisted for twenty years is now gone. Never expected, the basement window frames would provide this fix to a problem no contractor ever advised or realized. Additionally, one glide on a window was askew after being in after one year. Called them on a Saturday morning, they answered the phone, and scheduled an immediate visit to correct issue. They lived up to their promised warranty.

Fabulous Awesome experience. Completely happy with work provided. Cost was higher than other contractors but quality is high end. I feel very good about the job performed and now have hired for other jobs.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Power. From the initial remodeling consultant Nick S. Chris P. remeasured my window to make sure everything was accurate. The installation crew was timely, understanding, and true craftsmen. They fielded my questions with smiles on their faces and the finished product looks wonderful!

Everything was excellent. The professionalism and quality of the work is unmatched. I've had a lot of work done in my previous home and nothing compared to the quality and cleanliness.

We felt comfortable with the the staff that we dealt with and liked the punctuality and professionalism they demonstrated. We replaced all our windows (including a garden window) as well as the patio and entrance doors. Everything went well. I may have been able to find a lower price for the work done but I think their warranty is worth

We had them come to measure and give us an estimate on window installation/replacement. They had come to the door and the guy was very nice, so we scheduled the estimate for the following morning. A different guy came and wasted our time with chatter about himself and his upcoming wedding. He showed us a very long slide presentation, even after we made it clear we didn't need the sell. I said I needed to go in order to exercise before the next part of the day came (I thought it would be 15 minute tops) and he was borderline rude about it. My husband and I both work, so we don't want to blow our Sunday morning on a stupid sales pitch. There is no way we can hire a company that deploys fools to sell their product.

They were here on time and covered all furniture and lamps in living room and laid tarp on floor. Work was performed professionally and clean up was excellent.

We had our siding done and the roof a few months later. All the work was done quickly and on time. The technicians were polite, punctual and did a good job cleaning up once the job was done. We would recommend Power Home Remodeling to family and friends.

We had our windows and front door done by Power a few years ago. We were so happy with that install that we decided to contract with them for our roof. The roof is being installed today and we are again blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of their install. They will have our roof done in LESS THAN A FULL DAY! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

The job was performed on schedule, in the manner expected and with great professionalism. My experience with PHR was unqualifiedly positive, and would definitely use them again.

Found it frustrating. Installers showed up early which meant I had to leave a person I care for on that day. Was told when the measurements were done that I would not have to remove anything from windows because there was enough room to work and as soon as installer walked in he said you didn't remove anything? Also was not told that my air conditioner would have to wait to be reinstalled and I would have to call the warranty office to get it reinstalled. I'm sorry but this should be seamless to the customer. Also the lead installer said why do you need such a large air conditioner. Found myself explaining why and realized its none of his business and I think they just didn't want to be careful removing it and that's why the question. While I like the quality of the windows and the people I dealt with I found it a very frustrating situation. I feel like I was told things just to make the sale and I really don't like that.

Staff is excellent and very professional. The quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend using them for any projects on your home. I'm not one for many words but after this experience I had to write something on here.

The entire experience went very well. In spite of the really cold weather they got the job done in a very reasonable time frame. They were very professional and friendly. Also very knowledgeable on what they had to do. Would recommend them for any job you need done on your home. Will not be disappointed

Everything from start to finish was great. Everyone showed up on time, was super professional, and did excellent work. Brian, Matt, Craig, Sean and Steve spent a generous amount of time communicating all I needed to know about the projects that were done. I would definitely recommend this company.

As you read this review please note that I have personally replaced one roof on a prior home and I know how challenging the job can be (and I never want to do it again). The PHRG team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough from the initial proposal through the installation. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, helped arrange financing, and on the day of the work the team arrived promptly and worked tirelessly - finishing the final clean-up just as the sun set. They delivered on their promises, which is the most important part of all. Now, for the details of my experience. First, the Remodeling Consultant (Frank) was thorough in his review of the roof, the company and its products, and the details of the team that would perform the work. Next, it was a pleasant surprise to have my telephone call answered by a very helpful representative (Justine) the night before the work was scheduled to start - it was after "normal" business hours and I fully expected voice mail. Third, during the work itself I received a call from the home office to confirm that all was well and a visit on-site from the local Quality Assurance Manager (Steve) to confirm that my goals were being met. The on-site Safety Manager / Crew Chief (Saul) also proactively explained every element of the work as the team set-up and then throughout the day kept me updated and answered all of my questions. The Project Manager (Sean) also came to the site to confirm that the project was on track and was meeting my expectations. At the end of the day the property was pristine and new roof delivered as contracted. I was so pleased that I am moving forward with PHRG for replacement windows - the next "Must Do" project on the home renovation list!

The Roofing crew did an excellent job. The stripped the old roof off replaced any bad wood boards and put on the new roof. The cleaning of the area was spotless by the roofing crew. The entire process from appraisal to finished job was done professionally with great customer service.

I’m currently having my windows installed and everything is going as planned. Everyone arrived on time has been courteous and professional. Looking forward to the finished product.

Everything went smoothly. Procedures and timelines were discussed and kept. Materials were delivered, work was completed, and property was cleaned as promised. All questions were answered before, during and after the work.

It went great. They are not the cheapest but quality is excellent.
