As many others have experienced, the sales pitch was a very frustrating 2.5 hours of my life that I will not get back. We have two little kids that were screaming to eat dinner and they didn't get the hint that we needed to speed things along. I also continued to tell them that I was only considering GAF Master Elite roofers, but they insisted on explaining why tar paper and 3 tab shingles were bad. Clearly didn't listen to the fact that I was well beyond a roofer using inferior methods, they just followed the same mind-numbing script I guess. However, the worse part was that they had very pushy sales tactics that really turned me off. I explained numerous times that I was not in a position to decide that day and that I needed to obtain another quote before making a final decision. They started off around $24k, with a "buy it now" price of $21k. After a lot of difficulty in getting them out the door, they knocked on the door again, this time with a price of $18k. So they dropped 33% in a matter of a couple of hours, wonder how much more padding was in that number. Very frustrating experience, which was the opposite of the roofer I ended up hiring. That firm did not pressure, was patient with my decision making process and ultimately also lower in price. (also GAF Master Elite, 50 yr transferable warrantee, smart venting, vapor barrier, etc.)

I was kept in the loop as to what was going on the whole time. My windows were delayed because of a factory issue but was able to pick any day the following week to have it done. No problems during install, very professional crew.

I called a bunch of roofing companies and decided on Power because I felt their product was very comparable to others yet their price was better. The sales rep spent a lot of time with me educating me about what they offer and I decided on choosing them to do my roof. They are currently working on the roof as I type! The company has been very professional and this process has been very smooth. They have consistently been communicating with me via phone and in person. My roof will be finished today (one day). I am very excited to see what my roof will look like when it’s done!

Power completed the job in one day time with meticulous work. The roof is beautiful as well as engineered to last a life time. Great work and service. I will recommend Power to friends and family.

All the people I dealt with were extremely professional and the process was very simple. They showed up when they said they would, did the job very well and cleaned up everything afterward. All in all an excellent experience. I will definitely consider them for doing additional work in the future.

This was my second time working with Power over the years and I'm as happy now as I was back then. You worked around my schedule and are just easy to deal with. Very happy with the new windows.

This turned out to be a dream project. Each person we dealt with, starting with Ian, was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and represented the company in an exemplary manner. The installation crew was hardworking, friendly and tidy. The quality assurance team was knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. This was our first experience with Power. We would highly recommend it to other homeowners.

In the moment went well, but a few years later and 7-8 leaks later, this roof is a bunch of crap. Supposed to last 30 years, and with yet another leak, they can’t come to fix it for over 5 weeks. Unacceptable!

Appointment never haappened, because one of the company's reps cancelled. Big waste of our time!

The sales person painted a vivid picture but it did not go that way. Many small things were forgotten. I had to be on top of them but they did get things right. There was a language barrier. The way managers comes after to see what needs to be redone.

After getting a quote for the full roof and agreeing to the the work their project manager came out to do a final inspection and scheduled the job for next week. The crew showed up on time, took off the existing roof, put on the new one, and cleaned up. the finished up much quicker then i thought. as far as i can tell everything looks perfect. The quoted price was a little higher then other people but they did provide top quality service and worked with the financing

It was great job, we don't have any problems and I am very pleased. They made the job based on the timeline. They are very professional.

Can’t say enough about this company. Three crew members showed up on time and completed all work in one day. They even removed and rehung blinds where they could, and moved furniture out of the way and back into place when done. The workers were professional and worked together as a team to complete all work as expected. I live on a busy street and always had a problem with traffic noise inside my house. Now that my new windows are in, the noise is very much reduced. I finally got my first good nights sleep in a very long time!

We are happy with Power Home Remodeling. After talking with several other companies, Power Home Remodeling price was a bit higher, but we were impressed with their roofing system and the warranty. The team replacing the roof, led by Wilmer and Louis, was professional, arrived on time, kept us updated on how things would proceed, ensured we had no concerns as the process proceeded, and they were meticulous with cleanup. They said they would come back immediately if we found any nails or lost shingles, but happily we did not need that service. We had a strong rainstorm and windstorm a few days afterwards and saw no damage. We would recommend Power Hoe Remodeling. The gutter replace was equally quality workmanship.

Great customer service, scheduled installation was timely. Sales and installation crews were very respectful. Window quality is super with an amazing warranty.

This is the second phase of having all my windows replaced Power did the first phase and just completed the remaining bow window. Everyone at this company know what they are talking about and execute their jobs efficiently. The final product looks amazing and cut $200 off of my utility bills (repacking single pane aluminum windows). Better than i could have anticipated. Their warranty is simply the best out there and i would highly recommend them

Power came to my house and proceeded to provide a 2 1/2 hour presentation and roof inspection/estimate. Insisting that both my wife and I be there for the presentation, they recommended I replace my 18 year old roof with their "roofing system." Though I have had no leaks, their pitch was one that suggested a roofing disaster was imminent. They gave me a price of $42,000 for their "system." Though I told them I would get back to them after getting additional estimates, they proceeded to hard sell. "What would it take..." kind of thing. We had to insist that they leave. I have done lots of work on my house and know what an estimate should look like. This wasn't it. I called a highly respected local roofer who has worked in the county for 40 years and asked him to take a look. After looking at the roof, he said it looks aging, near the end of its life, but the shingles lying flat. I could still get another few years out of the roof. He gave me a rough quote of $7500-$8000 for a replacement. Even with unforeseen problems, nowhere near Power's quote. Perhaps Power does quality work...I don't know. I do know that they oversell and use high pressure tactics. A good contractor does neither. To those who are considering using Power...buyer beware.

The job was done professionaly and everyone was courteous.

Overall it went well sales pitch took an extremely long amount of time and price I believe is in the extremely high end. Other than those two points everything was on point materials were delivered on time work was completed on time 10 months after the work was complete we have not had an issue so far with the work completed. Picked up as best as they could, left some nails laying around and some debri but overall cleaned well.

Everyone was fantastic and courteous. From the beginning when I got the estimate all the way through the installation. I would definitely recommend to anyone and definitely rehire.

One of the first things we did after buying our condo was to replace the two front windows. It's amazing how much it transformed the space. Power staff was professional and the quality of their windows is second to none.

Went very well. professional and did a great job. Took away all debris and I love the new windows, makes a big difference, less noise and no drafts. Very happy with job.

After a 3 hour presentation, the cost of the roof was $24,000. By the time they left, the price came down to $18,000. High pressure sales pitch. We recently completed our roof replacement for under $9000 from another highly reparable roofer on Angie's List.

I don't know how this company received As. They came to our house for a roof estimate. The sales pitch went on and on for over 1.5 hours. Their initial estimate was $24,000 (compared to 7-12K for other contractors). By the time they left, the estimate came down to $18,000. High pressure sales tactics were used by the sales rep. They keep coming back to my house. When I turn them away, they get nasty. Stay away!!!!!!

We used Power for our window project. From start to finish this company has been respectful, professional, timely, and clean! We were very impressed and would definitely recommend.
