I called Phil to clean the gutters on my son's East Brunswick house. He said he'd be in the area and would do it that same day, which he did. He called to give us a price and when we okayed it, he cleaned the gutters that day and sent us a bill. Very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Spoke with a rep who said he would come to look at my house the next afternoon. He never showed up and never called back.

Very severe leakage from gutter when it rains. Phil cleaned the gutter and sealed two corners. The two corners leaked again. Called Phil and he thinks the temperature was too low on that day. So he came back and sealed the two corners again and did not charge for that. Nice experience with him.

Phil is prompt, efficient, and extremely convenient, willing to stop by the house when he's in the area and bill for services later. If only all house maintenance could be this easy!

Phil did a great job cleaning out my gutters at a great price. I would suggest him to anyone. Took about 45 minutes and cleaned up the job quickly. Great for the working professional as well, as he will do the job if you are not home and leave an invoice to pay later. Very fair and nice man, and now I'll have him come twice a year.

Phil came on time. He checked two downspouts. He found that one of the pipes draining the water was clogged but he did not have a snake to unclog the problem.

Phil did the work himself - and did a very good job indeed. He was responsive, professional and personable. I was a little taken aback at the price ($275 for a one-story ranch home), but, still, he did a very good job and was a full-service provider (eg. I had a piece of gutter cover that he cut and installed over a small gap). I would recommend using him and am likely to do so myself again.

We've used their service twice now. Last spring after all the spring offerings from the trees fell, and again in the fall after all the leaves had come down. Both times we called we were able to get an appointment within a couple days, and both times the service was performed on the scheduled date. The service was done efficiently, no mess was left, and we were pleased with the work done. Phil has been very pleasant to work with, and we are planning to have him come out again this spring.

Called this business since they had a good grade from Angie's List and they responded via phone right away. I had two pleasant conversations, the first in which, Phil offered to visit the property that day and give an estimate without my needing to come home. The 2nd call was telling me the price while on my property and offering to take care of the job on the spot and put a bill in my box. I found him to be cheerful, reasonable, and was very pleased that after the rains we've had the past few days, my downspouts are not overflowing anymore. My property was left neat and I was quite happy to have it all taken care of so quickly.

I needed to get the gutters and drains cleaned for a house that I have up for sale. There were little and quot;treesand quot; growing in the gutters which not only looked terrible, they also prevented the rain water from draining properly. I called Perfect Gutter Cleaners after regular working hours and left a message. I received a return call at 8:15 AM the next morning. Phil gave me a quote of $75.00 fore the job and he told me that he could do the work that day. When I told him that I could not get over to the house to pay him, he said that he would put the bill in the mailbox. Phil did a very good job and the price was very reasonable. The house looks much better now that the gutters are clean. I would definitely recommend Phil to others and I will use him in the future when I need my gutters cleaned.

we left a message on thursday 3/10/11. it is now sunday 3/13/11 and our call still has not been returned.

He does gutter cleaning and gutter repairs. We are very happy with him. He is a very pleasant guy and unusually knowledgeable about gutters.
