I would never purchase a product from them again or rely on their technical expertise.
Description of Work: We purchased a Viewsonic TV monitor from them. There were problems from the start with the product. They did not take the product back during the 30 days it was returnable to the shop. They were very unhelpful, uncooperative, and did not support the product they sold. They sent tech support once and wanted to charge us for it. The technician, who was the manager of the store, was not able to solve the problem and indeed seemed unacquainted with the specifics of the product and just wasted our time.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TAKE TIME AND EXPLAINED WHAT IS GOING ON, BEFORE THEY DO IT. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE.
Description of Work: WE HAVE HAD THEM REPAIR AND UPGRADE OUR COMPUTERS.
