They called me the same day I put in the request and came out within a few hours of the call, He check the phone system in the office and down in the basement, He said it was the outside wire and that Verizon had to fix it. We had Verizon out before we had him come out and they said it was an inside wire. Just goes to show you how people work. Anyway I would recommend On Time to anyone who wants fast and great service.
