Description of Work: If I describe in detail about my experience with them it might just burn up the system. If you see them coming flee for your life. If you are looking for details, I could write a long short story. What started out to be a good relationship ended up ruining my health, my financial well being, and whatever else could be ruined. When my home burned 1/17/10 I was faced with a dilemma. I decided that since I needed to be in a place soon that a modular was the way I would go. I had sold modulars at one time and the time frame was approximately 5/6 months. This builder took 19 months. And, during this time he made numerous mistakes, ran out of funds, didn't pay workmen so they didn't work . overcharged me for work done. Sold all the top soil collected from digging, charged me 10990.00 to have it carted away, and in all probability sold it to someone. Everything that had to be added (like steps so that it could be accessed) was an extra charge. I was bombarded with extra charges constantly. For instance, when one of his workers made a mistake and another permit was needed, I was asked for money for the 2nd permit (I had paid for the first one) and also the cost of another group to redo the work. There is so much thatI can't remember it all. It took all the money from the insurance, plus all the money for the contents, plus all my savings and mutual funds to pay for a home, a ranch house, that he had told me would be within my budget of $300,000. And then he has the nerve to tell me that he never meant to hurt me.
