Milano Landscaping

Work was ok but left final touches undone. Completely unresponsive to our phone calls. Took 1-2 months to come back and complete the job

They promised to put the mulch down and put some weed inhibitor down. I had weed coming through the mulch and I wasn't happy about it. That's exactly why I had a professional do it. I would have loved it to be cheaper.

They did great work, when i had a question they answered it pretty fast,a nd even worked with my ever growing list of changes to the project. They are a very good companyand i would highly reccomend them to others. Their prices were a little high, but they were worth it after having nightmares with other contractors/landscapers.

Answered the phone professionally. Referred me to another provider when they couldnt.

Had an appointment with Steve for an estimate, he was punctual and very nice and gave us a somewhat reasonal price on the job. I did however find an actual mason who came in with a more fair price and a better choice of paver so I went with him, but had I not Milano would of been my next choice.

We requested estimates from 3 landscaping companies and the best value for the money was from Milano. They began the jobs (concrete and landscaping) when they said they would. All personnel, from the office staff, to the estimator, to the site supervisor and the landscapers were professional, courteous and diligent. Within about 1 week, one of the plantings dried up. Once notified Milano visited the site, analyzed the situation and within a couple of days, replaced the plant to our great satisfaction. All in all, this was a very satisfactory encounter with a very professional organization.

Things were ok and he was professional. It was just ok.

They did a great job and all the clean up on my property. I did not get a notification before they should up, but other than that no complaints.

The initial work (at our son's house) was done well but when we called right after the work was done, it took a very long time for them to get back to us. This past July (2014), about a year after the driveway was done, we noticed a hole in the asphalt right up against the concrete apron. We e mailed a picture of it to the owner and he called right away and promised to take care of it. We reminded him in September with no response from anyone and stopped by the office to ask when it would be taken care of. We were told that they were very busy and the owner promised to have it done by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went and as far as I know it still has not been repaired. We are concerned that with the winter freezes and thaws the driveway will be damaged. They must be busy--I see their signs all over the area--but it's very frustrating trying to get a response from them if there's a question or problem after the work is done.

The job looked nice..... However, I found (don't know how they didn't see it) some leftover concrete hardened on the street in front of the driveway, their equipment leaked oil/hydraulic fluid on the new concrete apron, sidewalk and the Belgian block curb.

They did the sidewalk first on 9/5/14 . I sat on my porch and watched them most of the day until it got to hot in the sun. They were like a machine each guy doing his job perfectly. I went out when they put the concrete down, again working like a machine. They were done with the sidewalk it looked beautiful. It was sunny and beautiful all day,suddenly it started pouring rain I have never seen a downpour so intense. The drops were like marbles, I could see pockmarks all over the concrete. I felt so sorry for them they did such a great job and it got ruined. I went back in the house. A little while later I went out and was surprised that it looked perfect again. They were prepared this time and had tarps to put down if it rained again. It did and they rushed to cover it but it was still destroyed again. I felt very sorry again and. Went inside to have something to eat. While I was eating I heard sawing and hammering going on outside. When I went back outside and was amazed that they had built a tunnel over the sidewalk when I looked inside their was that beautiful sidewalk inside. They worked so hard that day I think it was after 7 PM when they left. They returned to put the asphalt down on 10/30/14 they had torn it up on 9/5/14. Again they did a great professional job, it took so long to get to it because they had so many rain delays. I would recommend them to anyone, that price for the sidewalk and driveway was lower than another estimate I got for just the sidewalk. Al Mauriello

It went extremely well. Listened to what we wanted and developed plans that exceeded our expectations, all within our budget. Arrived on time each day. Well organized. Carefully placed all the plants, trees and rocks. During installation, they moved a few things around that improved the design. Also, added a few more bushes where necessary. They kept the work area very clean and neat.

We find them to be very reliable. They come every week. The cost is less than the provider we were using previously.

The estimate was okay. He was average. Very professional. The estimate took 15 minutes.

The estimate was less than half offered by another landscape company. They did asked for $200 more for labor cost for the brick pavement work. The workers are friendly and professional and the quality of work is good.

The crew worked very hard. Yard looks beautiful. Rudy was very responsive to our needs. Totally understood what was needed and made suggestions. He had a problem getting trees that he recommended because the supplier did not have trees in stock that he felt were good enough for my yard. The supplier was able to get the trees which met his approval. The landscaper that I used prior to Milano had communication issues with me. My yard was very nice, but certain requests that had been made were ignored or not understood. Rudy and Milano have been very responsive to what I and my mother wanted. I would highly recommend Milano.

My property is roughly 140 x 85 feet. A team of 3 came and did the cleanup in about 90 minutes and did a terrific job. I also use Milano for my weekly cuts during the summer and they always do an excellent job.

I use Milano Landscaping. The last time I used their services was 3 years ago. Right now I do it myself. They cut the grass and did lawn edging. They did a pretty good job. The quality was good. I might use this company again in the future.

They do a very good job. They are good. They did some landscaping for us too, and they did a very good job. The pricing was competitive, I didn't think it was too much. They show up and start work, when you are not expecting them. They would be there when they said they would come.

Not a bad company. I had an issue when they knock over my garden fence, but the manager came out and fixed it. The guys they hire are your typical landscape employees, 4-6 jump of a truck, cut the grass, and off they go to the next job. No real attention to detail, but nothing really impressive either. The only downside is that they don't offer bi-monthly lawn service. You're stuck with weekly service. Nevertheless, if you want your lawn cut weekly. These guys will do a pretty good job. If you're obsessed with your lawn, you may want to pony up and pay a bit more for another crew. 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The work was good. Nothing bad. Actually I wasn't home when they did it. They did a good job. It's all good. They call me.

The men did a great job, and even the inspector was impressed!

Called for estimate on a blacktop driveway , Steve came and gave me a estimate. Called 3 other company's, milano was the one i picked. Happy with results, the guys who did the work really work hard and the end result shows.

Rudy is truly excellent at landscaping - he worked with my mom to come up with low maintenance bushes and trees to replace the current ones she had. The front of the house looks a lot nicer - after the landscaping project was completed. The work was done exactly as expected - no surprises.
