They never returned my call or sent me a quote. Upon my follow up call I received an email as follows: "Since Bill isn’t in the office today, I’m responding to your message on his behalf. I was told that we’ll have to pass on this job." No explanation, no phone call, no courtesy.

Chris was very responsive -- he answered my first message within 20 minutes -- very knowledgeable and the price was fair. Would definitely use this company again.

So far, it has been a pleasant experience dealing with the company through their sales rep, Gary Tumminelo. Was a little bumpy getting everything scheduled, but once things were set up, it went very smoothly. I am very happy with the work. Solid, professional company. One minor note: I have been waiting a while for them to come back to make a small adjustment. Follow-up could be better.

They were on time. They were easy to talk to. They performed in a business like manner. They were very pleasant. They were done when they promised they would be. They did a very good job. The price seemed high but I have nothing to compare that too since this type of thing is done once every 20 years.

They were fine. The price was fine. Their quality was good. Two people came out and it took them about two hours to complete the job. They were very nice.

Everything went very well - sales rep was very professional and nice, and came back for a second visit for me to change my mind on the fabric; and the installation team did a great job - until I got the warranty papers, which did not match what I was told by the salesman; suddenly there were prorated fees for labor if the motor stopped working within 5 years, no mention of lifetime stitching repair warranty, and I was to take part of the awning off and into my house before winter every year and then reinstall it in the Spring to avoid problems - no way!! So I called the company before paying the 50% remainder due on installation and, to their credit, I got an email promising me in writing exactly what I had been told when I signed the order form; so all is good and my new awning looks and works great! I just wish their written warranty paperwork had matched the promises I was made by the salesman so I didn't need to hold up the installers while I waited for written confirmation of the deal I was originally promised. So long as you read the warranty papers carefully, I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new awning installed.

When I called the office I did indicate I?m looking for a re-fabric and perhaps a re-install as the awning we have is old and the arms were weak and the fabric was dirty. Someone came out, for about less than 15 minutes, and inspected the awning and immediately said maybe I could use a new awning because it costs ?x? and it may not be worth it to reinstall the current. I said I?m basically looking to fix it for now and maybe next year or two I?ll buy a new one. I could tell he didn?t like that and simply said he?ll ask at the office how much it will be to reinstall and they?ll mail me an estimate. Nothing came back of course. I just the office and located the sales person and told me they can?t do anything with this awning because they don?t have parts for it as it is made by a different manufacture. I just wish they tell you if they have no interest in your business upfront and save me all this nonsense. I am perfectly willing to accept statements such as: ?hey we?re busy? or ?this is not what we?re looking to work on now?.

They came to my house to measure and gave me an estimate, and told me it would be approximately 2-3 weeks. They installed the awning within the promised time frame. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable including everyone from the salesman, the telephone operator, and installers. I had used them in the past many years ago and was very pleased, and again, just recently so I would highly recommend the without hesitation.

Got a price but decided not to proceed at this time.

This went alot easier than I imagined it would! The salesman was punctual, professional and a big help in my selection process. Ordered and installed in under two weeks! I was going to get a replacement covering for the awning, but the price of new just made more sense and the old awning, well it was old, so I figured I would go ahead and have all the hardware replaced as well. The installation was quick, and they cleaned everything up before they left.

Everything went great from start to finish. Everyone was very professional. They were very responsive to us and completed the work in a relatively quick time frame. They knew we needed our awning installed for a big party, and they got it in on time. The installation crew was great and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We are extremely pleased with the work.

I was given a name to speak with which was Nino (the owner). He arranged for his service men to promptly come out to address my concerns with our awning problems. Thanks to Nino the problem was addressed very promptly. I appreciate how Nino got involved and got the problems fixed.

I was very pleased with the salesman who came; he was prompt, thorough and had a lot of good suggestions for me as far as size and everything goes. The awning was done a little earlier than I thought because they knew that I needed it. The installation was great; the gentleman who came to install it did a great job. They cleaned everything up and answered all my questions. I was very happy with them. Their price was a little lower than a competitor and I like the fact that they installed; the competitor did not.

The experience was great overall. Their sales rep came out with different options, and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The crew was also professional, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly. They have their own electrician, and they work very well together. They cleaned up everything very well once the job was done. The entire process was very easy and everything went well; the only negative was that they took awhile for me to be scheduled in, since they were busy, but they let me know that in advance.

They kept their appointment, they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I think they did a good job, they explained what was necessary and I was pleased with the work. The quality of work was good, the price was a little high.

Requested a quotation several times over a month period but never received any despite their repeated promises that they will do so

We had majestic come in to assess and give us an estimate for an awning for our back patio. They came on time, were professional and polite - I even had to nurse our baby and they were professional about everything in giving me the space and room to do what I had to do but keeping the process going as I wanted!We decided to use them after receiving the estimate and everything work beautifully. The awning was made very well, they installed it in exactly the manner we discussed, even their electric recommendation was an easy hit.The awning is beautiful and gives us much better shade and space outside. We really love it.

Awning put in and we noticed problem with stiching. The installers saw the problem took pictures and sent them via text to the office.I was told someone will contact me in a couple of days. A couple of days pass and I received no call. Then I noticed another problem with the awning. If it rains the water puddles in the middle of the awning and if it is windy the water comes down like a waterfall. I again called the company again no answer left a message on a machine. After 2 or 3 times I finally went online and filled a form as if I was going to buy an awning. The next day I received a call from Lou. He stated he will remind Gary again and someone should call to set up an appointment. Well another week, then two and finally after several calls I went online again filled out the form and received a call the next day. The person I spoke to told me they only take care of sales and they will pass the message on. This has been going on since April. On June 21st I called and an appointment was set up for 11AM 06/26. At 12:45 three installers came and stated "it was too windy to roll the awning out to inspect". They said they can't come back and the office said wait until the end of the season for them to do repairs. I am so disappointed with this company. The quality of their work and their customer service is extremely poor. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The sales call was punctual, very polite and informative. The follow up calls were also excellent. The installation happened easily and quickly.

I like the way they did things and everything has been working well. They even followed up the next year to make sure everything was still okay. It was a very good experience.
