I hired ICUNJ to repair our building’s sewer lateral in downtown Jersey City. From start to finish, we were blown away by Steve and his crew’s ability and professionalism. Steve came in and got the job done with next to zero disruption, and saved me and my building’s tens thousands of dollars, fully replacing our building’s century+ year old clay pipe with something I know will last until I’m long gone. Do yourself a favor and hire Steve and ICUNJ for your job. I can’t recommend them enough!
Description of Work: Our building had been experiencing backup for YEARS due to the collapsed sewer line in at least two spots. I had been struggling to find someone that would be willing and able to undertake the project, and most importantly for me, to find someone that would do the trenchless/pipe bursting method for our case. Other plumbers would only take the job by either doing spot repairs or digging up every inch from the trap to the city main to fully replace the lateral. Spot repairs in retrospect wouldn’t have been effective and a complete excavation comes with huge costs— especially in a place like Jersey City where we’ve learned that sewer laterals are frequently buried 10’ or more. Spot repairs jobs were also quoted higher and complete excavation of course much higher than ICUNJ!

Phenomenal job. The work these guys did from start to finish was flawless. From taking the time to educate a frantic and worried customer (me) to immediately identifying the issue, giving the quote (no hidden costs) and going ABOVE and beyond to make sure the job was completed in 1 day (they were here 12 hours) it's a blessing I found these guys. Steve was completely transparent and professional from start to finish. His crew was hard-working and very neat. If he didn't think he could do the job he would've said so. It's startling how any other company I spoke to wanted to dig up the entire road and take 2-3 days to do a job ICU did in 1 day. Words of advice: go with the pipe burst if you can! It'll save you time and aggravation. I strongly recommend working with them.
Description of Work: New sewer line installed from clean-out at curb to 121 feet away
They did a good job, but they are not responsive at all. I have called Steven Elefyhetiou several times, and l left messages, and he hasn't returned my calls. There are issues with the construction permit.

We had previously gotten an estimate for restoring our sewage function for over $30,000! The previous plumber said we needed to replace all 45 feet of cast iron pipes, in and under our house. In addition, they also recommended that we replace the clay pipes connecting our property to the city sewer main. This company, ICU&J said that all of our pipes were in serviceable condition and that no pipes needed to be replaced. ICU&J evidently does not inflate the amount or cost of work needed. This company is a keeper.
Description of Work: He used a snake camera to inspect the interior of our sewer pipes.
Thank god I found Steve and ICUNJ on Angies List. After trying numerous sewer cleaning companies for 3 years and having to call for service every month for half a year, ICUNJ came to my rescue. I was under the impression that I had to replace my main sewer line. This would have been a 7K - 15K project. Therefore I looked on Angies list desperately for someone that can help me b/c I just did not have the financial resources for such a project at the moment. I spoke with Steve, the company rep/leader. He gave me all sorts of different options on how to replace the sewer line economically and advised on how to deal with my insurance. But first, he conducted an analysis of my sewer line. Granted, the video of the sewer line indicated it was old and did need repair. But, Steve suggested we try cleaning it first to the best of our ability to see if we got lucky. His crew used all sorts of different kinds of snakes and were very methodical about it. And BAM! They were able to get to the town main line in the street and my sewer has been functioning very well for 3 months. I do plan to replace the whole line one day when my finances are intact or come tax time, but for right now I really needed this current line to work and Steve and ICUNJ helped me do it. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and obviously honest. They helped me solve an issue the most economical way and nowadays its very challenging to come across a business with integrity like this. I will definitely use ICUNJ when I am ready to replace the whole line and definitely trust them to complete the job in the most professional manner possible. Thank you Steve and Thank you Angies List for connecting me......true service.
Description of Work: ICUNJ cleared my main sewer line when 5 other providers could not.

I can?t thank Steve enough for what he has done for my family. I was devastated when I was told by a plumber that our sewer line was disconnected from the sewer main, which is somewhere around 20 feet below ground. The repair would cost $20-30K. I felt I needed a second opinion from an expert in the field and I found ICUNJ on Angie?s List. I called Steve and arranged a free video inspection within 2 days. Steve arrived at our scheduled time and performed a thorough inspection from our lateral to the main and also a section of the main. Unfortunately he confirmed the plumber?s findings but advised me to contact the MUA once he provides me with a report of his observations. Within 2 days I received Steve?s report, which contains details of the inspection methods, his observations and opinion. It was evident that he is articulate, detail oriented and most importantly, has a high level of expertise. MUA?s initial response was that it was our responsibility up to the main. Upon reviewing Steve?s report, the MUA came out and performed their own inspection. Throughout the day?s activities by the MUA, there was no clear indication that they would assume full responsibility of the issue. Steve supported us the entire day with phone calls and texts. He was on the phone with us numerous time to provide insights and went above and beyond to seek information that the MUA did not disclose at first. In the end, the MUA took full responsibility in resolving the issue. Steve continued to check in and offered advice. I don?t know what would have happened if I didn?t find Steve. Throughout the entire process, Steve has kept our best interest a priority before his bottom line. No doubt I would hire Steve if the MUA did not resolve the issue. I wish there was a way I can repay what Steve has done for us but he declined any reimbursement. Finding a contractor has always been a hit or miss so I consider myself very lucky to have found Steve. He has shown us that he cares about his customers and doing the right thing whether it yields any financial benefits. Steve is a great guy and a man of integrity.

Extremely satisfied customer here. We had regular sewer back ups, and knew that there was an issue with our 1940 clay line. - ICUNJ provided a free video inspection to scope the status of our sewer line. Steven came out within days of our making contact to do the video inspection and discuss our options. Meet him and you will be assured of his professionalism, intelligence, and integrity. - The video revealed multiple cracks, intruding roots, as well as a section of the pipe that was missing and washed away. We actually saw pieces of the pipe further down the line. Steven gave generously of his time to answer any questions and explain all of our options. (He came on Sunday when I told him it would be simpler than on a work day). -Within hours we had proposals for two different options at various price points, with contingencies clearly defined (all which he had previously explained to us). -We had at least 20 interactions with Steven via email and phone and he was always patient, never rushed us, and most impressively, never took longer than 24 hours to respond. -When we ultimately decided to go with the CIPP liner. ICUNJ arranged everything and installed it within a week of our decision. -During the work, it was discovered that the city's main line was damaged opposite our sewer line. Steven took videos and photos and reached out to inform the CIty's Department of Engineering. He also provided us with the individual's direct line and name so that we could follow up in the future. -Know that these are professionals who respect a homeowner's perspective and needs. They are also very clean and careful. During installation, they laid out floor tarps in all places of passage. In the basement at the installation point, they disinfected the entire area upon completion. When doing the final walk through, Steven used clorox wipes to wipe surfaces that may have been handled (like light switches). 2/8/2016 Updateks to ICUNJ's pics and correspondence with the city regarding the city''s main sewer lie, the "T" connection by my home has now been replaced giving me even more piece of mind. Thank you

When Steve arrived on site it was like the Marines had hit the shores. I had showed him the way to the basement and his team was right behind him with the snake and the camera. While his team was attacking the problem he was surveying the area inside and outside of the house for any issues that might have caused the problem. It went great my sewer-line flowing also, he was able to have some word the the city to see what they were doing on there end and how there main line was looking. Even though the city guys tried to give him a hard time he was cool, collective and professional. After he did some more detective work to assess the problem he had told me to give him sometime so he can find out was was really going on. At this time he is still working with the city and me to get this fixed. He has be keeping in communication with me to inform me of the situation and what need to be done.
Description of Work: Steve came by with his exceptionally Trained crew to snake and camera my main sewer-line. Through pictures and experience also, provide me with knowledge on the problem I was having with that line. At the same time provided me with a little back up with problems I was having with the city Public Works buy speaking to them to find the root of the problem.

The contractor (Steve) that came and did a camera test seemed to be a class act. On time, clean cut, professional. Explained the process in detail. He e-mailed me a detailed estimate the next day. I vetted his proposal with my insurance company and called him the Friday before Memorial Day and greenlighted the project. He said he would personally submit an application fpr permit on the Tuesday following and expected the permit in 7-10 days. I called him one week later to see how the process was coming. He said all was well and he would be back to me in a couple of days. Four days later I called him had to leave a message for him to call me. Nothing. Once a day, every day, leave a message. Nothing. E-mailed ICUNJ every other day. No reply. Exasperated, I called the permitting office and they said they had nothing from ICUNJ or Steve. In desperation, I called ICUNJ on a different cel phone, left a message that I needed their services and left the new number in the message, but no name. And low and behold, someone returned my call. A less trusting person might think they had been ducking my calls from my usual phone. I identified myself and explained that Steve had not returned 10 + calls. The person (John?) said Steve had a death in the family and had to go to Europe (really?) and to email my information to Dan at the ICUNJ number and that they would get back to me immediately. I said I was ready to get a new contractor and he said "Don't do that please, we will get this resolved right away". Dan called and asked me to give him until 10 AM the next day to get the documents together (I had attached Steve's estimate/proposal to his e-mail) . When 10 MA came and went, I called at 11 and left a message. Nothing. The next day. nothing. No "We don't want the job", no apology, nothing. Five more daily calls. Nothing. This the singular most unprofessional company I have ever even heard of. I have no possible explanation that would excuse their actions. Anyone that reads this and calls them for service is out of their mind.
Description of Work: Came promptly after first call and conducted a camera test on the sewer pipe. Said his company could execute a "pipe blast" replacement that would solve problem perfectly. Provided a detailed proposal ($13K+).

Response from Integrated Construction & Utilities, NJ
Dear (removed member name): this is John, the person you spoke to. You've offered an interesting perspective. Thank you for pointing out how we responded promptly to your service call, how we provide a video inspection and identified the problem promptly, and how we promptly prepared a detailed line-item cost-break-out that helped you recover substantial financial assistance from your insurance provider. Conveniently though, you failed to point out how, despite all our [free] assistance, you never signed and returned our proposal. Did you expect the repair would also be free? We wish you the best of luck, genuinely!
Replacing a sewer line can be a traumatic and very expensive experience...not so with ICUNJ. Other companies had been out to my property and recommended replacing my entire line...and that this would involve a massive undertaking of trenching from my house to the street (which is over 185 feet!). After an internet search, I learned about "trenchless" sewer repair, which led me to the ICUNJ website. Impressed me with it's wealth of information on the subject, I gave them a call and spoke to Steve, who turns out to be the owner. Steve came out and was able to uncover exactly where and what the problems were. There was no guesswork...every hypothesis was backed up with concrete evidence which was shared with me and my neighbor (who turned out to share the line) -- something no other company had provided. Steve came out several times to confirm his diagnosis and I was always able to reach him by phone to answer my questions. We chose to do a combination of re-lining and "bursting" a new PVC pipe (without digging!). We only had to open the ground up in two places, instead of digging up the entire line between my house and the street -- what a relief!!! Every interaction with Steve was positive and productive. By the time the day of the actual work came around, there were no surprises. Steve was punctual and professional and the crew worked into the dark to finish in one day. The two 6 x 8' holes (both on my neighbor's property) were carefully filled, given fresh topsoil, grass seed and straw. They even came back the next day to touch up and make sure all was good with both myself and my neighbor. Steve is a unique individual who is highly intelligent, professional and takes enormous pride in what he does. ICUNJ stands out far & above the crowd!
Description of Work: We had a complex situation of a sewer backup of a line that was shared with a neighbor. ICUNJ was able to correctly and efficiently pinpoint the problem(s) and recommend possible solutions. Since it was a shared line, it also involved getting my neighbor's permission to do work on their property, and Steve (the owner/operator) helped me every step of the way.

I couldn't be more happy with Steven and his crew at ICUNJ. My sewer was draining very slowly. After a plumber without video camera equipment, I got an estimate for two options from a big company for replacement. One option is partial replacement and another is more involved as it aimed to dig two holes outside foundation and at curb and replace whole pipe. As I am confused with these options, I went to HomeAdvisor and Angie's List to find more contractors. After reading many reviews, it seems even the well-known company only have 1 or 2 reviews for similar project per year. But ICUNY seems to specialize in this type of big project. And they offer FREE video inspection. Steven spent a lot of time (almost 2 hours) on video inspection as he had to try multiple times with different size of camera head connector, in order to see what's going on. At the connection to sewer main, camera couldn't go through, as happened to previous plumbers. His experience and methodical approach made his explanation very plausible to me. He gave me a proposal the next day. The proposal is to dig a hole in basement and another in the middle of street and use pipe bursting to replace the whole pipe. It is a complete solution. His team has expertise to dig in the street because they also do projects for municipal townships. Portion of Work in basement is inside house foundation and home insurance should pay for it. And it is a fair price. I did not seek other plumbers afterwards. I don't need to. He gave a few references who all raved about his work. It took a long winter and a long time to get permit from township. Steven kept me in the loop during the process. ICUNJ covers any work if sewer main has problems while we are waiting. That's another plus. Steven guided me through how to work with insurance company. He said they often say no initially but if you are persistent then in the end task inside the house on the breakdown should be paid. I got some payment after back and forth with my insurance company. On the day work is scheduled, his crew came early and worked full day to get it done. camera was put down from manhole on the street to identify the exact location of my sewer's connection to street. From the camera by using paints flushing from the house we could see only 20% of 4'' pipe has opening. The rest is shifted and obstructed. So even now sewer flows slow, it will not some day. Plus my pipe was mix of cast iron and cement. ICUNJ dig a 5x5 hole in the middle of street. At the same time, basement concrete is broken to make an opening. Pipe is pulled. Street hole was backfilled. New basement panel was put in. New connection is made, new cement on the floor replaced my old pit. Everything is done beautifully. Nothing on my lawn changed. I learned from this experience that big work should be done right the first time by qualified people. ICUNJ is the right team for this job. I highly recommend them should anyone need similar work.

The work was undertaken in a timely manner as Steven and his crew arrived on the scene fully prepared to meet any problems and unanticipated eventualities. And indeed there were problems with the run of the old sewer line which complicated the project but did not deter Steven and his crew in meeting each challenge and quickly moving forward. Using cutting edge technology and the best materials the replacement sewer line was completed with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds of the property.I could go on but I think I have adequately expressed my complete satisfaction for the work done and with the lifetime guarantee on the new line.
Description of Work: Replaced a sewer line that has periodically backed up over the years. Prior to contracting for the work Steven did a through examination of the existing line. Using a video instrument we both examined the sewer line in real time as Steven ascertained the condition of the line and explained his findings to me. During this initial process I was struck by this providers professional expertise and experience. At the conclusion of this examination Steven considered a bit and quoted a price. He suggested I take some time to think over his offer. My spouse and I quickly discussed the financial logistics of undertaking the project and with out any further hesitancy and with absolute confidence we engaged Integrated Construction and Utilities to replace the line,

I cannot say enough good things about the work these guys did. Through the entire process they were not only courteous, but proactively helpful in explaining what they were going to do, and then showing me how they were doing it along the way. Steven frequently paused work to show me what was going on and invited me to take photos for my records, and gave me (a first-time homeowner) a bunch of tips and recommendations about other miscellaneous issues I was having with the house. The video camera diagnostic, which a plumber had charged me almost $2000 for and did it wrong, was free of charge. For clearing the blockage, he charged me only $250 despite hacking out at least three Shop Vacs full of compacted material. While $24,000 is a lot of money, it was far less than what another company was going to charge for the job, and includes a lifetime warranty. The video diagnostic showed that there was extensive damage all along the line, mostly resulting from poorly compacted soil when the house was built 20 years ago. My home is three houses down from the sewer main, so the job required replacement of 260 feet of sewer line. My old line was broken off underneath my front steps, so Steven and his crew "moled" a new line from the basement cleanout to the driveway. This allowed them to put in new pipe without disturbing the landscaping. They trenched, and very neatly repaired, the necessary portion of the driveway for the rest of the line to the street. At the street, they cut two small chunks out of the street and used the "burst" method to put in the rest of the line to the sewer main. In all, they spent two days on the entire project, and I am extremely happy with the results, and the value. My only complaint is that they don't offer any other residential services, so I can't hire them for additional work!
Description of Work: I had a sewer backup, which two sets of plumbers had failed to fix, or even correctly diagnose. Steven and his associate came out and ran a video camera the entire length of the sewer line to see where all the problem areas were, and also cleared an enormous solid mass that was blocking the line just outside the foundation. Then, upon seeing all the issues--which he showed and explained to me throughout the process--he and his crew came out and did a full 260' (that's not a typo) line replacement from my house to the main.

I really can't say enough about ICUNJ's professionalism and the quality of their work. In addition to being very considerate and polite, they did a fantastic job. They were in and out in one day. They brought in top-notch equipment and a work crew large enough to get everything done in good time. This job also required them to open up the street (with all the permitting from the town that entailed) and then to re-pave when they finished. My neighbors were as impressed as I was. It was pricey, but they did exactly what they said they'd do. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves 100%.

Steven and one of his employees came out to our house to inspect our sewer line which had been backing up into the basement. We had another company come out previously and gave us a story about an offset pipe connecting to the main line but never bothered to snake the drain line or run a camera through the entire pipe. Steven arrived on time and really did a thorough job cleaning the drain and explaining every step he was taking. He ran the drain camera from the house to the street and pointed out various issues with the pipe as he was going along. After close inspection he recommended a full pipe replacement and even suggested contacting my homeowners insurance. I'd also note that he and his co-worker did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. He emailed me the written estimate to sign so the work could begin. I signed it and sent it back and Steven responded that the work would probably begin in about a month. Well, that was the last I heard from him. I emailed him back a little over a month later inquiring about a start date and he apologized and said they were backed up and needed two additional weeks. I responded that it was no problem and that I looked forward to hearing from him then. Two weeks past with no contact and I gave up. I guess he had more important projects to do? I was disappointed because I think Steven is very good at his job and seemed like a great guy. I hope everything is okay with him but unfortunately the project never got started.
Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer pipe and ran drain camera from house to street.
Steve and his team were very professional. Job were delivered clean and efficient. They even fixed a huge pothole on the parking lot with the excess asphalt left from the job without charge. I would highly recommend.

These guys are outstanding. I noticed on Friday morning that our sewer was starting to back up, so in the afternoon I contacted Integrated Construction & Utilities based upon Angie's List reviews. Steve responded promptly, and was able to get a crew member to our location on Saturday morning to attempt to clear the line. Unfortunately, the sewer line was a long run (approx. 140'), and was fairly old construction, so it was obstructed by significant roots and had collapses in the line and they were unable to clear it. Being that it was an emergency (sewer was spilling out onto the neighbors' property), on Sunday we negotiated and arranged for the line to be replaced through a trenchless installation. Steve got crew to the property on Tuesday morning, and they worked hard and diligently all day, dealing with a few snags along the way. They kept at it until the job was completed after dark, reconnecting the lines and covering up the two access holes they had to dig. They returned the next day and finished the cleanup (fixing blacktop, planting seed, etc.) I am very pleased with their work, and highly recommend them to others.

We had sewage seeping back into our basement that not only smelled bad, but was unhealthy. My sewage pipe runs under my garage and driveway out to the street. Everyone else that we contacted gave much higher estimates that included having to rip up both the garage floor and the driveway to replace the pipe. I contacted ICUNJ and Steve was very helpful. He came by and checked out the problem. He knew immediately that the problem was more than just a block, but a break. While I was trying to determine whether or not my insurance company would be any help (they weren't and I would not recommend them) Steve recommended a plumber that was able to get the sewer usable and insert a camera to look at the pipe. The plumber that he recommended was also very good. After a little bit of phone tag, we scheduled the work. The crew arrived when expected and were very professional. They had to break up my concrete floor and hung plastic around the work area so that nothing in my basement was covered in dust. They explained what was going to be done and answered all of my questions when I asked. They had to dig a deep whole in my driveway at the street to connect the new pipe. Everything in the basement and driveway was put back in order the same day. Because it was raining the day the work was done, Steve came back the next day to polish the basement floor, or something. Anyway, the basement looks better now than it did before. I waited several months to write this recommendation because I wanted to be sure that there were no problems. So far, everything is still really good and we are very happy with the work that was done.

Replaced existing 4" branch line with 4" High Density Polyethylene Pipe, from clean-out nearest foundation wall (in basement) to the main (in the street), including site protection, restoration, building and plumbing permits.

I called ICUNJ back in the beginning of May for an estimate of my water drainage problem in my back yard. After a few back and forth emails, we scheduled an appointment May 15th at 7:30pm. Steve had just finished up a job and was in the area to swing by for the estimate. The estimate was very good and very informative. I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge and his ability to work with us to get the job estimated right with additional pricing for various added work we were thinking of including in the proposal. After not hearing from Steve for about two weeks I followed up on the proposal with an email to Steve. Steve emailed me that day saying the proposal would be going out that day. When I replied asking if it was going out by mail or email, I got no response. I followed up twice a week later confirming I didn't receive the proposal and asking again if it was sent. I didn't get a response. A week later I decided to call Steve to which I got him and was told that the proposal was filed in the office and that he was having the girls send a PDF to my email address. I didn't get the email or a call back from Steve to find out if I got the proposal. After a month of not hearing from Steve, I decided to give him one last push to a least get a quote to see if he is in the ball park of our budget. I emailed him again explaining that I wanted to at least get a quote and possibly get on his schedule for next year should he be too busy the remainder of this year. I also reminded him that he said the ideal time to do this work was early spring and that I could wait till then if he thought it was best both for results and his schedule. I still didn't hear from him. On a last swing approach, I called him a few days later and left a message but still have not heard back. I am hoping that this is just a case of the best is busy being the best but as time goes by I'm thinking this is a case of no follow through and follow up. :( I think I've given Steve all the chances I could to correct this situation but there might be something else underlying this proposal I am not aware of. I truly feel bad that this didn't work out because I felt that he would have done a great job!

I previously posted a review of ICUNJ a few weeks back when they completed a clean-out and camera scope. Based on that experience, I had no reservation in contacting them again when it came time to repair the pipe that was broken in several locations. After insisting I shop around, Steve continued to make himself completely available to answer any questions I had and helped guide me through this process. I did shop the job around and found his estimate to be on the cheaper end of what other companies were quoting, in fact performing a pipe bursting normally a more expensive solution actually came in less expensive than some companies that quoted for installing a liner. A liner they insisted would work, despite the dips and narrowing diameter of the current pipe. As Steve originally explained it to me, he handled every part of the project preparation, securing required permits and outlining any cost beyond the scope of his work. All fell within the expected amounts. Based on his suggestion and guidance I was able to file a claim and recover a decent amount of the cost involved in this project from my insurance company. This is something I probably would not have done assuming it would not have been covered. Steve and his crew impressed the h*** out of my local DPW, as they set up to break ground in the street, multiple conversations indicated that the municipal guys had never seen an operation as smooth as the one they were currently watch unfold. Steve's crew set up all the required road signs, brought in the right size equipment and left the street looking better than it did before they opened it. This attention to detail continued in my basement. After fully protecting all of my property, opening the floor, running 90+ feet of pipe through the basement window and into the trench previously cut through the floor, the only telltale sign any work had even been completed was that the floor was cleaner than when they started. ICUNJ worked through one of the hottest days of summer and returned the following day to complete the install with some add-ons I never expected. Seeing the way my washing machine was rigged into the sewage line Steve brought in the supplies he needed and re-piped the system making it safer and more efficient. He added in an additional clean-out and set up the stand pipe so that it could more easily accept an ejection pump. Again I could not give these guys a greater endorsement, every aspect of the project went as expected. I felt it was money well spent, even if it was figuratively flushing down the toilet, I can finally enjoy having a large party at my house without worrying about causing a backup. Thanks Steve!

This is one very happy customer. The work is for an emergency sewer line replacement. My sewer line collapsed. I was happy to have found Steven on Angies's List. I did contact a major plumbing company. I was not comfortable with their proposal. My sewer line went under a concrete porch. It does need the knowledge of someone from construction. I believe that Steven has provided the best option for this project. I am also really impressed with the efficiency and smoothness this project was managed. The equipment arrived the evening prior. Steven and his crew arrived 7AM. The utility line painter came shortly. He also took care of township permit and inspection. The work was completed in one day. The lawn was smoothed out and seeded. The basement was cleaned out very well. Steven also informed me that my home insurance will cover part of the cost. He provided me pictures and document needed to make the claim. That was a surprise for me. I would never have consider the possibility. I definitely would recommend Steven to friends and members of Angie's List.
Description of Work: Replace the entire sewer line.

June 3, 2013 Angie list Integrated Construction & Utility After a discussion with Mr. Steve, I received a Proposal to install two clean out connections on my sewer line. The work was done in a timely & professional manner. A review of the job was done after completion with the assistance of pictures. I had a concern that a branch connection may have been missed. Without hesitation they came back the next day to unearth the area in question. My Bad, I was incorrect. They had made the proper connection. I offered to compensate them for the additional time & effort due to my mistake. Mr. Steve stated the Proposal price would be sufficient but a kind word in a job review would be appreciated. I here state only kind words for the job completed and would not hesitate to use their services again.
