IDEAL TILE OF EDISON

All went well. Original tile selected, company went out of business. Marco found almost the exact same tile from another manufacturer.

Marco and Vincent were great. We came into the store, and decided on the MSI Sparkling Ruby material. Gave a deposit. Very next Wednesday, templating was done. One week later, installation. Fabrication looked great to me. Installers were quick and professional. Ideal was also able to recommend a plumber for the hookups, and he came over on installation day, and he was great too. What can I say? The job went perfectly, communication was great. I have no complaints, and the counter looks fantastic. Great job.

We live in Brooklyn, and are finishing up two bathroom renovations. We shopped around most of the tile stores in Brooklyn and Staten Island, were very overwhelmed, could not find what we were looking for, and couldn't get any personalized attention. That all changed one Saturday when we were in NJ, and browsing Yelp for tile stores in the area. We found Marco and Ideal Tile of Edison. Marco spent over two hours with us on our first visit, and many more hours with us as we drove from Brooklyn to Edison several weekends in a row, was extremely patient with us, helped us brainstorm the entire layout of each bathroom, spoke with our contractor to explain the design, was available for any follow up phone calls. We were extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and top-notch customer service. Thank you, Marco! You guys are awesome!!

Ideal Tile ? Great job!! Having never taken on a kitchen remodeling project (tile floor, counter top, and back splash), we were unsure how or where to start. Upon our first visit to the showroom Marco was patient and informative as he guided us through the process and the enormous number of options. We stopped at other stores but never got the same good vibe we enjoyed at Ideal. The installation team was great as well. They showed up on time, were professional and completed the project on schedule and budget. The workmanship is outstanding and has garnered many complements. Thank you Marco, Vincent and the installation team!

I thought that they did excellent work. I spent about $13000 or $14000 on that work and did a good job. My negative about them if when they scheduled to come out they often would cancel at the last second or not show up. We had some bad weather in the area, so the project took longer than I thought and they did not always show up when I thought that they would. Apart from this they did a terrific job and I am very happy with the bathroom. The workers that came out were always courteous, but a little bit disorganized maybe because they did not always show up when they said they would and they spent some time on their cell phones. They worked really well, but they seemed like they were easily distracted.
