I have a nice experience hiring them. They did a good job.

They are very informative. I went looking for appliances and Frank was excellent in assisting me. I would give Frank a rating of ?A?!

They were wonderful. They were on time. They were clean. They were professional. They checked with us before finishing to make sure we accomplished everything. The supervisor got on the phone. Everything was done appropriately. They were expensive, but I thought we got our money worth.

When we placed the order with Home Depot in September they came in and did the measurements. The guy was great, professional, and very friendly. I had no issue with him. There was a delay because they called after he measured all the doors and told us the machine he used wasn't calibrated so he had to come back and repeat the measurements. That was mid to end of September. He said it would be a 4 week turnaround. We have been calling them back and forth at least once a week. I don't know if Hurricane Sandy had anything to do with it or not, because they didn't explain anything. When I called last week I got really frustrated with them, because we are having our kitchen redone and we wanted to throw the doors into the dumpster. I asked them to reimburse for the dumpster because I can't hold on to it anymore, but they haven't gotten back to me about that yet. I did talk to them yesterday and they told me that the doors would be in in January. We called Home Depot to complain too and they only gave us $100 in credit back. They are really nice and I know they are trying their best.

WE REALLY LIKED HOW OUR KITCHEN TURNED OUT. AND HOME DEPOT WAS TOP NOTCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY HAD ALL THE TOOLS TO DO THE WORK AND THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONCISE.

I FIND THIS COMPANY TO BE RATHER PLEASING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I TOLD MY FATHER ABOUT THEM AND HE HAD THEM PUT IN SOME DOORS FOR HIM.
