+ -1 moreThey were helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about. There was nothing I did not like about them. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my problem.
Description of Work: I used Hewlett Packard Company over the phone. I have a Hewlett Packard computer that I was having an issue with so they helped me with technical support.

+ -1 moreI called tech support because I had difficulty establishing a wireless connection for my new computer. The tech worked with me for several hours, and finally determined that the printer was defective. I packaged the unit, and was provided with a return label for shipping. That was on a Friday. On Monday, FedEx picked up the old unit. On Tuesday the new unit was delivered. Because of my first problem I called tech support to help me with set up. It was a long process because I use OSX and not Windows, but the tech stuck with the process and we successfully completed the process. This is not my first experience with HP, and I am ashamed of myself for not commenting here sooner. Their tech support is outstanding. They are consistently thorough, courteous, and helpful. When I had to deal with customer support for the return, the person I spoke with was equally courteous and helpful. I now purchase all of my paper and toner directly through HP, and will make all of my document production equipment replacement purchases from them.
Description of Work: I purchased a laserjet multifunction printer from HP. When it arrived it was defective. I contacted tech support and it was determined that the item needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FAIR JOB BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T REPAIR IT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE SOONER, BUT IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: MY MODEM WAS NOT WORKING, AND NEITHER WAS THE POWER SUPPLY.
