+ -1 moreEverything was fine. The appointment was reasonable, the serviceman was prompt and courteous, the work was professinally done.
Description of Work: We needed our Ethan Allen sofa cleaned professionally. It had never been cleaned before. The serviceman first tested an area to see if it would bleed, nd only when he was satisfied it would not did he proceed with the cleaning. After the treatment the sofa looked brand new.
