Description of Work: We joined Direct Buy at a location close to our home. Shortly thereafter that location closed and we were directed to this location in Edison. Recently, as we began a remodeling project, we went there and found that this location had also closed. We now have only the option of Concierge services (via phone and video chat). For items we purchased or considered purchasing, delivery times are very slow (but you are told this when you place an order), pricing is sometimes good but often not notably better than can be found elsewhere. For a recent washing machine purchase, it was cheaper to buy from my local appliance store.

 + -1 moreI bought everything for the house such as chandeliers, ceiling fans, three kids bedroom sets, all the kitchen appliances, all bathroom plumbing including a heated whirlpool tub, kitchen table and chairs, upstairs carpeting, sectional in the family room, sofa set and chairs, cocktail tables, office desk, area rugs, mattresses, air hockey table. Not to mention gifts through the years such as kitchen accessories, dishes, cameras, silverware, jewelry, watches, kids ride-on four wheelers, baby furniture and car seat, just to name a few. Overall, I am very happy with DirectBuy. The service is excellent. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful! I couldn't be happier with all the money I saved buying through DirectBuy.
Description of Work: I built my house in 2006 and furnished and decorated the whole house through DirectBuy of Edison. They allowed me to save thousands and thousands of dollars.

countertops
 + -1 moreThey are a whole sale store, but all they have is catalogs to purchase items from. It's hard to tell the quality of the product. The workers were not helpful, and did not inform us that we needed dimensions for the countertop. They lacked customer service. They are over priced.
Description of Work: We a countertop and sink from them.

Description of Work: They are a one stop shopping center where you can get things at wholesale pricing. We've bought tiles, furniture, drapes. Basically almost everything we have in our house is from them. My whole entire bathroom was re-created by them.
