VT1 Construction

I had them do my concrete and railing for the front steps of a rental home back in 2021. It cracked and pieces started to fall off within a few months of the work being done. It took them months to come back and fix it, but the fix did not hold, and it fell apart again a few months later. I contacted them again, and they tried to claim I didn't have a warranty (which I did, and had a photo of). So they came back and fixed it again. But, then it again cracked and started breaking apart recently. So it's now been not even 2 years since I had the work completed and I already had to have them come back and do major repairs twice - and now I have to have them come again a third time. They just don't seem to be able to get their work done right.

Guys were great. They finished a job early and stopped by a day ahead. Gave a good price and was done in an hour. Everything was cleaned and they showed pictures of the final condition before payment. Would hire again.
