 + -1 moreWhen I called them, they never asked me for the size of the carpet, nor the room size that I needed done. They wanted to charge me 2x the price that some other local carpet cleaners charge. We did not use TOM'S CARPET CARE SYSTEMS.
Description of Work: I wanted Tom's Carpet Care Systems to come out and clean 1 room's carpet.

 + -1 moreTom is courteous and very professional. Gave me an estimate after reviewing the condition of the carpet. Tom worked his magic and revived the carpet. Wife and are very happy and relieved.
Description of Work: Free Estimate. Cleaned carpet on first floor, staircase, 2 second floor bedrooms and hallway. Carpet was looked like it was not vacuumed by tenants for a year. Heavily stained in every room with either dirt, wine, soft drinks etc. You name it, it was probably spilled on the carpet.
